Insert number of 'decimal number '.

Hi all

I created a table 'create... '. (f1 number (5.2));

I want to insert the "12.34" number in this table.

I can insert:

insert into values zahl (12.45);

insert into number values ('12.45');

I know NLS and NLS_NUMERIC_CHARACTERS.

Is it possible to insert: insert into values zahl (12.45);

If so, what needs to be done.

DATABASE 11203

AMAZON

You cannot insert with a comma, because it means that you have two values.

You must use TO_NUMBER ('12, 45', '999G999G990D00',' NLS_NUMERIC_CHARACTERS = ",". ")

    Hi @upen.

    First of all, you tried to throw your date format "YYYY/MM/DD". If you have correctly inserted 8 December 2014 ' for OT_Date, means that the format that follows you to your database to date is "MM/DD/YYYY" format, so you need to replace To_Date(:P16_DATE,'YYYY/MM/DD') by To_Date(:P16_DATE,'MM/DD/YYYY'). Another, try converting your digital input for EMP_MOB, EMP_WHS, EMP_STM, EMP_ETM to / integer.

    If this does not resolve your problem, try to print your entries for tracing. You might have missed the orders so that the values are mixed up. Paste the track here for us to see. Good luck!

  • Insert number of mouse

    Hello

    A small question. When I add a mouse on the first slide, I can define the beginning and end. When I insert a mouse on the next slide, the beginning of the default value is the end point of the mouse on the previous slide, and I can't change it. Or have I missed something?

    I would like to set the start and end of the mouse on each slide.

    Thanks in advance.

    Kind regards

    Patrik

    you do not miss anything, that's right.

    I can't find the thread right now, but I think it was that rodward has recently suggested a work around which to place a blank slide somewhere between your mouse slides, slide of time for 1/10 of a second and set the mouse movement to appear where you want next time.

  • Insert page number in the footer

    How is - a insert number into the footer of a document from the Page?

    Evolution of salvation,

    5 pages has three fields in a header or a footer. Aligned left, Center, right.

    Click in the field where you want the page number and Menu > insert > Page number (and the number of pages if you wish)

    I had a look at your other post (how to insert a line over a foot of page)

    How to put the line above the footer area?

    and I couldn't find a way to insert a row above each paragraph, not the entire footer:

    Bad luck!

    Maybe someone else knows how to do this.

  • Page number

    Hello

    I need help, insert page numbers in my form.  It's a fluid layout, so it must be automatic.  I tried to use "Insert" > "Number of current Page", but that the option is greyed out on all my pages, including the master page.  Help, please.  Thank you!

    Laura

    Hi Laura.

    In fact, I can answer a question! I am a novice so I often ask

    I got it work on my fluid form, placing it on the Master Page, a text field. In the field, I typed 'Page', then went to Insert > number of Page current, typed "from", then insert > number of Pages. It looks like this... Page # of #.

    I hope I helped!

  • Link hit number

    How can I insert number of hits on a link on a Web page? See the example below:

    http://wvuband.org/submit_a_url/big_east_conference_bands/

    I agree typical hit-counters are a waste of time. But I think we all sorta missing the point here. The page he linked to does not show a traditional counter, but rather a list of links and a series of counters that show how many people have clicked on these links. It's a little different. It is not followed visits on this page, but rather how many outgoing clicks.

  • Number of records expected

    Hello

    Is it possible in an ODI interface to set a number of records expected, the interface must return at least.
    I need such option and - if the number of records is less than the number expected a warning should be included in the journal.

    Does anyone know if there is such an option in ODI?

    Thank you
    H.

    Hello H,

    A few questions:

    If the interface does not when (record inserted) > (number of records expected).

    Next, if the warning message should get in operator or (in a flat file or a table).

    If you want the warning in the flat file or a table then its easy:

    Keep the interface in a package. Add a variable after the interface where you can find the number of records inserted for a purticular
    interface using the session in work rep information.
    as
    Select NB_INS
    of 'SNP_STEP_LOG '.
    where SESS_NO =< %="snpRef.getSession(" sess_no")%"="">

    write a procedure where
    -case when var_val > (number of records expected) message so inert in tablename end

  • DC 4276 bias introduced by Labview

    I work with the meter of LCZ 4276, and I downloaded and installed the driver for it. However, I opened the example VI and it seems to work except it puts an error 'ERROR 1300' in Labview and on the instrument really it shows "ER 13".
    I talked to my colleagues about it and it seems that there are some hypotheses of labview over the instrument. In the manual of 4276a (Section III, 3-14) (page 56 in pdf format), it is said that this error occurs if internal polarization DC voltage has been set via the HP IP but the instrument is not equipped with Option 1 (which is a DC Supply), or it occurs if the comparer enable code (E1) was sent through the HP - IB , but the instrument is not equipped with option 2 (which is a comparator/Manager interface).

    Well, this 4276a does not have the option. The switch on the instrument that turns DC polarization is off. However, as you can see from the picture showing my error, it is a DC bias in the VI himself.

    So I ask myself, how I would you turn off the DC bias or LabView to stop running? I looked through the subVIs that make up this example.VI, and there is no code which entered the channel 'E1' for the activation code, so I don't think that the error occurs due to Option 2.
    I have added the block diagram for the example.VI. In addition, I added the Subvi (ConfigTestSignal.VI) that contains the DC Bias input.

    I would like to know what you think. Thank you!

    Hello Erny123,

    I have not read the manual, but I guess that BI is a string that specifies a configuration of bias, and indicates the end of the command.  "%.1f" is a format specifier that inserts a value decimal floating point with a figure of precision (see this link for the syntax requirements when you use the Format function). Right at the top you can see that a similar format function is used to insert the test frequency in the chain of command using EN rather than BI and a slightly different digital format.

    The example you are using was not written using the standard style of LabVIEW, it can be a little difficult to follow the entries and exits to go where.  Try to click the icon own schema in the block diagram of example to rearrange things in a more logical way of left to right.

    That makes this VI composed a string of commands to send to the device - you need to consult the manual to see what are the requirements of presentation, but I guess you can just delete the second format value function and wire the output of the first through sending message VI.

    I wouldn't say you have to start from scratch every time, but yes, you will need to make some changes in this example so that it can work for you.  I highly recommend that you go through one or more of the LabVIEW tutorials available online, it will save you a lot of time in the long run.

    If you have an active support contract and your serial number of the software has been activated on your account of ni.com, you should have access to the basis of LabVIEW training online here:

  • Items 10 error: d:\pre\mediacore\mediafoundation\api\inc\Keyframe/Keyframe.h-142

    Hi all

    have spent my day hole my brother but still no idea what could be this error. After this EPA 8.0 project and edit now with the new garage version 10.0 bougt, everything was fine... Opened and saved several times, but today there was suddenly in trouble: still a new comprehensive project with the same material and the same cut is now broken after saving and does it...

    When we try to open the project, we get the error:

    --------------

    "Premiere Elements has encountered an error.

    [d:\pre\mediacore\mediafoundation\api\inc\Keyframe/Keyframe.h-142]

    CONTINUE

    --------------

    And in the next window:

    -------------

    Project could not be loaded. It is damaged oder a elders elements (not the same words, cause my brother uses the German version)

    --------------

    I tried everything so long: new facility, opening the project damaged on another computer with ELements 8.0 (error identical also there), removing shapes, by deleting the Prefs, loading of automatic backup (also damaged) and so on... Another 'test-project"I created with 2 clips works very well... I do not know what else... The project is just a 'normal' with 20 Minutes HD project and 20 Clips...

    All about google (about 8 sites) I tried--without success so far... :-(

    so: ideas?

    Thank you very much!

    Michael

    Hello world

    After getting some advice from you on the possible cause of this error, I was able to repair my project and I would like to give you my ideas...

    First, I downloaded the project file in the Windows editor. By comparing the file to a previously saved version that worked well, I found the following:

    At one point PE10 corrupts the file .prel by inserting ',' numbers in decimal instead of the necessary '. ' for the as well as for the tags. The correct syntax for these two tags seems to be as follows:

    -xxxx, yyyy, 0, 0, z, z, z, z.

    -xxxx, yyyy, 0, 0, z, z, z, z.

    XXXX is a 17 digit number (integer)

    YYYY is a number (decimal) z or a.: z z. beach or a Boolean value (true or false)

    z is a decimal number (number followed by a ".")

    In my corrupted file .prel, all the numbers that were supposed to be 'z' were actually 'z', which caused the error.

    Only some of the occurrences of this error can be captured by the script described above, namely to replace the ',' followed by 12 or 24 '0' with a '. '. Unfortunately, there are a lot of other occurencences that need to be addressed in order to fix the .prel file. You can get a number of algorithms to speed up the process of replacing the wrong ',' with '. "

    Search for example ", 000000" and replace by ".". 000000 "(comme le scipt ci-dessus) but you should also take into account"

    Search for ', "and replace by".,

    Search for "0.5" and replace it with "0.5"

    Search for «,»<" and="" replace="" it="" by=""><  etc.,="" you="" get="" the="">

    This list is not complete, always look for manually some odd numbers! However, as you progress to the replacement of the wrong ',' you will see the perceantage of the PREL loading successfully to increase and at the end of the day file (plus one hour really) the file load completely. I have not tried to fully automate the process. Hope this has been an effort of time!

    The procedure described above is a pain in the neck, but if your son has spent a whole weekend on a project, it is worth! Hope it will work for you as well. Adobe should be able to easily fix. Good luck!

    Best regards, Rainer

  • How to make the numbers say 'Page 1 of 21' footer instead of "1"?

    The title is self-explanatory :-)

    Click inside the footer field and type "Page"; Insert > Page number; Type "from"; Insert > number of pages.

  • Can app headless initiate a phone call?

    I'm working on a telephony-centric application and I would appeal to the part without the app. I use the following code

        QVariantMap map;
        map.insert("number", QString("+12345678999"));    // required
        InvokeRequest request;

        request.setAction(QString("bb.action.DIAL"));
        request.setMimeType(QString("application/vnd.blackberry.phone.startcall"));

        request.setData(requestData);

        m_invokeManager->invoke(request);

    The code does not work when it is used in the part without a head, although it works from a regular part of the user interface of the application. I have all the permissions available phone selected.

    Is it possible to launch a call for an application without a head?

    No, that is not supported.  You will need to boot from your user interface application.

  • How to access the NEXTVAL CURRVAL on columns of IDENTITY Oracle 12 c?

    With the help of Oracle 12 c I defined an identity column:

    You can do this in the way you would normally do: using PL/SQL and the RETURNING clause. Here is an article from the Oracle base that shows the use of a RETURNING clause. Just ignore the part that explicitly inserts the value of the sequence given that the IDENTITY column that will do it for you.j

  • Checking variable user window / NaN and File.exists

    I have a script window to collect the number of files that must be written by hand and place it inside the name of the jpg image that I need to register:

    This code already does the job well, but I need 2 things:

    (1) when the user presses the OK button, the script should check that the input string "myEditText.text" is a number (1, 2, 3,..., n)

    Not a letter / not an empty space

    (2) then it must check if the name of File() for the new image to save already exists.

    I already have some success on this check, but I only manage to do it AFTER you press the OK button (I need at this time the user writes the number in the window, or the case is not possible, after the button OK (opening on several occasions entry window))

    If the new file already exists, I also need to ask the user if he want to save the file or, if not, retype the new number to build the new variable of the named image

    Here is the part of the code I use:

    (...)

    var myDialog = new window ("dialog", "number Gravar :');")
    myDialog.size = {width: 600, height: 200};
    var myEditText = myDialog.add ('edittext');

    //
