  If so, since I have not disable the software of my dead drive (which I can't access now anyway) - how can I disable it now? I don't see any option to do it on my online account.

  You are allowed to have two facilities enabled, so if you wait for the week to get their attention, you can install and activate as long that you had only activation one used so far.  When they reset the activations you can reactivate again later (or turn off the new one yourself before chatting with them).

  I run a 3.10 GHz AMD Athlon II X 2 255 with Windows 7 Premium, IE 9 64 bit on a meg 3 DSL.  All my firewall and protection antivirus are disabled.  I use ADA to download in a file I created in C:/Adobe Master Collection.  About 6 times in the last ten days, I tried to get the download, but around 35% ADA seems to stop and never go beyond this point.  I have let it run at some point for 17 hours.  I hate to be otherwise vulnerable on the net, especially for something that I can't buy.  Any suggestions?

  You should probably disable, uninstall, clean and then reinstall.

  To disable open one of the programs which remains and choose Help-> Deactivate.

  Then uninstall all you can of what remains as you would normally uninstall programs (it is not normal to screw up or remove).

  I had trouble to download the trial version CS6 on my work computer. I have all the permissions to download what I like on my computer. I got the same message:

  "Errors occurred on your installation.

  Setup could not initialize. This could be due to a missing file.

  "More troubleshooting tips... etc.".

  I've already tried my computer restaring and exit all open applications. I also tried to reinstall applications through Adobe download assistant.

  Condition you use both Mac or Windows, then you will be fine.

  On your computer, install and activate with the same serial number that you used on the first computer.
