  Start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the SHIFT key when you start Firefox. A small dialog box should appear. Click on 'Start mode safe' (not update).

  I have upgraded to Windows 10 last summer and, like many people, I had sleep and close issues.   Open Device Manager, expand the 'System devices' section, and then find "Intel Management Engine interface", double click it and go to the driver tab, and then click on "roll back driver" button, it will come back to the previous driver.

  You can do most any device in the device manager driver.

  If roll back driver button is gray, then there is no older driver to restore.

• CC of Photoshop installs and runs but usually replace CS4 as default program

  Recently, I downloaded and installed cloud through it and creative Photoshop CC. The program opens and works very well.

  The problem is my old software was CS4 if it has been set as the default program to open the images with. If I right-click on an image and select 'Open with' only CS4 appears. If I then click on "choose program by default" go to "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC (64-bit)" or otherwise go in "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC ' and then select Photoshop.exe, in the window of the select program, CS4 appears and not the new Version CC.

  I have not uninstalled CS4 from the computer as long as it's not my call to make (it's on a computer of the company) and when I looked at the uninstall it tells me that I must remove the license and I'm not sure if this means "remove from this computer to place on another' or once removed from his party and the company would have to buy licenses again.

  It is probably because you have a hard drive Serial ATA (SATA) in your computer.  These drives did not exist when Windows XP came out and so no drivers for this type of disc can be found in a regular Windows XP don't install.  Windows makes allowances for that by inviting you to press the "F6" key at the beginning of the installation process, but then you must provide the SATA drivers diskette (no other medium will do).
