installation CanonCP800 says driver is not installed

I am trying to connect the Canon Selphy CP800 photo printer to my computer via a USB cable. He tells me that it can not install. When I troubleshoot it, it says, "the CanonCP800 driver is not installed. Install the latest driver for the device. I click on 'Apply in trouble', and he said to me, "CanonCP800 is not a pilot." I don't know what that means. Is there a way I can connect photo printer to my computer so I can print photo turned the computer off?

You have the right drivers W7 for it? (32 bit or 64 bit depending on your OS)

Usually best to check with the manufacturers - http://www.canon.co.uk/For_Home/Product_Finder/Printers/Direct_Photo/SELPHY_CP800/#p-specification (UK) Web site

Of the foregoing:

I think these are the ones (32 bit) - http://software.canon-europe.com/software/0039222.asp or (64-bit) - http://software.canon-europe.com/software/0039223.asp
