  So I just bought this laptop, it has like 3 days. And the touchpad is just terrible, isn't it? So many problems with that, I updated my drivers but it doesn't change anything at all.

  I have questions concern the mouse goes to random position for idk why, Touchpad recognizes touch as a right-click crashes from time to time, on the left click and so and so and so and so...

  Thanks for all your suggestions. I just found out what caused the problem. A recent update for the onboard sound of Acer apparently gave it priority over Nvidia. To give priority to Nvidia and then by restarting the computer, its a was restored in all its splendour. If all goes well, this solution can help people who have lucky on a similar problem.

  Hi all.  Bought this laptop in July 15, installed 10 Windows, everything has been fine.  Until yesterday... you press the power button and nothing.  I always keep plugged in, the battery light is on (blue) showing a full charge.

  I removed the power cord, hoping to leave the battery discharged, but still the light went only to yellow (low-power sense).  Other than that, it is totally insensitive.  I tried holding down the power button for different durations, but still nothing.

  Furthermore, there are suggestions?  Anyone experienced this?

  I bought the Acer (see topic) a few months ago and now decided to get an internal DVD player to this laptop. I know how to take the dummy/fake hunting, but I noticed that the shape of the lid is rare, so I can't buy a DVD player only from some store IT, as far as I understand. It would leave a significant opening to the lower cover of the laptop. The cover cannot be moved from the fake, is a permanent part of the plastic Assembly.
