  Try to reinstall first items 10, and I get this error message...

  The ha installation process has encountered an error during the installation of shared technology

  This occurs during the installation of the Organizer.

  Cannot understand why, cos its been running for about a year.

  Please rename the folder PDapp PDapp_old to: C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\

  After you rename the folder try install the first Elements 10 it should get installed.
