  This happens when the automatic updates downloaded updates, but not all updates to date you have requested or for automatic download.

  I have a new computer and you want to migrate my Acrobat 10 to the new machine.  I have my serial number.  I was round-round-and-round once again on the Web site but does not know how to do this.  I don't have or can't find my disc.  I had Acrobat since 2001 and I am very frustrated.  Can someone help me please?

  Try these steps and let us know if it helps:

  • Download and run the creative cloud cleaning tool: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
  • Run the creative Cloud Cleaner tool and choose option 3 and then option 1 to complete the cleaning process.
  • Please rename OOBE folder these places to OOBE.old

       MAC: Macintosh HD > library > application support > Adobe > OOBE

  • Go to creative.adobe.com-> Download Center-> download creative cloud

  I had a constant battle to get InDesign to work on my iMac since the installation of Lion.

  I erased from my hard drive twice to reinstall the system from scratch (installation of Snow Leopard first, then Lion - all my backups Time Machine in SnowLeopard were replaced by a single Lion so I can't go back to Leopard without losing all my preferences for other backup applications).

  I also deleted all fonts, both with library and FontAgent Pro.

  I even used an Admin user new and clean, but after installing InDesign 5.5 (seen previously not unhooked it and deleted the folder Adobe Indesign preferences in my library (now hidden)), the problem persists. I HAVE WORK TO DO!

  Follow the mentioned below as follows: -.

  Solution 1: Delete the Datastore SING folder.

  1. Quit InDesign (force quit, if necessary).
  2. Move to the following folder on the Office:
     Mac OS: [Startup drive] / library/application Support/Adobe/SING/Mark II/Datastore
     Note: This is in the library folder on the root of your startup disk. There is a similar course in your user folder, but this isn't the path, you have to work in. Windows 7/Vista: C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SING\Mark II\Datastore
     Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Adobe\SING\Mark II\Datastore
  3. Relaunch InDesign.
  4. Try to reproduce the problem.

  If the problem is NOT resolved with the above solution, proceed to Solution 2.

  Solution 2: Remove the component to SING.

  Note: Users who do not file .indd users receive ideogram of InDesign versions can function perfectly without the "SING" component.

  1. Quit InDesign (force quit, if necessary).
  2. Move to the following folder on the Office:
     Mac OS: [Startup drive] / library/application Support/Adobe/SING/Mark II
     Windows: C:\Program Files\Fichiers Files\Adobe\SING\Mark II
  3. Relaunch InDesign.

  Hi JDSoor,

  Thanks for posting. Two or more instances of the service Msiexec.exe cannot be launched at the same time for two different products. An install or repair processes should finish before the other process can be launched. Go to processes in the Manager of tasks (so press CTRL ALT + DELETE) then press the processes tab and look for to MSiexec.exe and press "end process." You may need to do more than once.

  It seems that you try to install the version of Windows on your Mac, that will not work.

  I haven't used a DVD for installation of Age, but I would have thought that the Mac version would also be on the disk.

  I'm not a Mac person, but I think that the executable file would have the .dmg extension.
