  Clear the cache and delete cookies only from Web sites that cause problems.

  "Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox > Preferences > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.

  'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

  • Firefox > Preferences > privacy > "Use the custom settings for history" > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

  If the deletion of cookies did not help, then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies has been corrupted.

  • Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete the other files of cookies as cookies.sqlite - journal in the profile folder of Firefox in the case where the cookies.sqlite file has been corrupted.

  Swagbucks has recommended long of your browser, and I tried it before but have a difficult learning time to navigate. Now I'm kind of forced to it as some of the swag sellers refuse to support IE8. So I downloaded your product and now I find, I can't load my swagbucks toolbar. My neighbors have Firefox and toolbar without problem. So I don't know what is the issue.   Thanks for the comments, the problem was that the Firefox download area did not receive the data for some reason any. The box was still empty, I'm assuming that the data did not get uploaded. Finally, I went on a search for WORKSTATION and found 6 versions of the file in the PROGRAMS and FILES/DOWNLOADS. So there go to assumptions. Once I had recovered the file from there it loaded without any difficulty. So still a bit confused as to why it won't in the download area of Firefox, which has opened and displayed, etc. But it was routed probably just like that and I do not see. Sorry for wasting everyone's time. And mine. Should have thought to look there much earlier.

  Could you try to disable graphics hardware acceleration? As this feature has been added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there are still some problems with some drivers/graphics cards.

  You will have to perhaps restart Firefox for it to take effect, so save any work first (e.g. you compose mail, documents online that you are editing, etc.).

  Orange Firefox button or classic menu Tools > Options > advanced

  In the mini ' General' tab, uncheck the box for "use hardware acceleration when available.
