I'm trying to redeploy Adobe Acrobat Standard DC to my users, because the licenses have been removed by mistake; they have up-to-date copies on their computers desktop and I got more licenses for each of them.
My question is that each user will have to go through another download and installation of the product?
I don't think. I guess that they would be required to sign in or provide the number you gave them. Acrobat would continue as a trial until they click on "license this software ' or see help > Sign In.

Okay - just realized that the last screen was asking just for a 'title' to my question!
I have Adobe Acrobat standard XI, but at trial as the "compare documents" would include Pro. I tried to download a free trial of Pro, but the installer said that "it has detected a more complete version of the product" - probably my standard version? - and stopped installation. It's not clear to me, what are my options for upgrading to Pro, or selectively to have bought the plugin "compare documents" (if possible). I use which is probably a business version of acrobat (i.e. my employer has, not me)-so do not know what catchy limits. I think it's a simple question, but he would appreciate advice.
-You can not install Acrobat Pro along with Acrobat Standard. You will need to remove Standard in order to install Pro.
-You (probably) cannot upgrade your license if it is a part of a business license. The license all will need to be upgraded.
-It is not possible to install only the "Compare document" function as a kind of add-on for Acrobat Standard.

I recently updated my computer's hard drive and performed a clean installation on Windows 10 Home on my system. I'm trying to reinstall my copy of Adobe Acrobat Standard XI (11.0.07). However, installation is almost complete, and then the installation starts a restoration process and ends with "Installation interrupted".
At first, I tried to install the Adobe software via download Dell digital delivery, as the software was purchased about a year with the computer. That option has failed, so I dared to Adobe's Web site and downloaded the Acrobat XI installation files myself and extracts. Failed to install with this option. I tried to run setup.exe as administrator and in compatibility with Windows 7. Installation failed with the same error. My first conclusion was perhaps the installation of Adobe file has been corrupted or the extraction process has worked correctly. So, today, I downloaded the Adobe installation once more and extract the files. Same results.
I even tried to use the troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows installation, this doesn't work anymore.
I also disabled my antivirus software and tried to run the installer with the antivirus disabled, and even once, it did not work.
The Adobe Acrobat installed through the installation process gets down to the last part where he goes to the copy of the new files, and then patch the files, and then at the very last minute, it turns into restoration and finally displays and error indicating that the installer interrupted.
Currently I'm under 10 Home Windows, 64 - bit and MS Office 2016.
Hi Matthew,
Please follow the steps in the below article mentioned.
Restore to install Acrobat X and XI. 64-bit Windows
Thank you

Re-install Adobe Acrobat Standard XI
I bought this software 2 years ago. Now, I've changed my cell phone and I would like to reinstall Adobe Acrobat Standard XI on a new computer laptop. How can I do this as the link does not work.
Hey sharminiac,
Please let me know if you have the same OS on your new laptop than the previous one because you cannot transfer a license of Acrobat on cross-platform. (as from Windows to MAC OS or vice versa)
Also, let me know what version of the operating system are you using on the new laptop. Is this compatible with the STD version. XI Acrobat?
Have you tried to download the software from the following link:

If so, then let me know what exact question is you against the course of the installation process.
Hoping to hear from you.

Should which product I buy to install Adobe Acrobat Standard Pro DC DC?
Hello
I bought a full version of Acrobat Standard DC for a laptop in my office, and the user must upgrade to the version Professional of DC. I bought a DC Professional Upgrade CD, but after starting Acrobat after the execution of the installation, it still says "DC Standard". I guess that I bought the wrong version of upgrade, because it says on the box that produced Standard of XI and XI Pro are eligible for the upgrade.
What is the product that I need to upgrade Standard DC DC Pro?
Thank you.
