  • ARC Touch Mouse Scroll stop working

    Hello

I use Win 7 (32-bit) with MS software arc Touch mouse and drivers installed. Running on HP Touchsmart TX2 Tablet.

I am facing a problem with my mouse with regard to scrolling.
After "turning on" the mouse, there is a green led and everything seems to work. The Green LED then disappears, probably to save battery.
However, after a short period of time, the scrolling feature will not work. There is no "feedback" scrolling felt either of the scrolling strip. But when I flatten the mouse and turn it back on again, everything works as normal.
But after a while, the same problem resurfaced. I have to turn the mouse then turn it back on again. Sometimes, the scroll function "switch on" itself back automatically. But most of the time, it stops just to work altogether.

It's very irritating. It seems that no one else have this problem.

  • No error detected Microsoft Arc Touch mouse mice

Hello, I have trouble getting my new arc touch mouse to be detected.

I had an another arc touch mouse before, but after a few years, it has stopped working. I like the mouse so I decided to get a second. Unfortunately, when I go into the properties of the mouse, he tells me no. Microsoft mouse detected and I can't update my settings to match the way they were with my old arc touch mouse. The mouse is logged and can be used, but the properties and parameters cannot be changed. I tried deleting and reinstalling without success drivers. I read somewhere else that once you plug the USB receiver into a USB port a different Microsoft mouse cannot later be plugged into this port and be recognized? I don't know if that is right, but I just want to get this mouse works the same way the former did before it stopped working.

    Any ideas?

  • Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse will do nothing

I went through all of the suggestions posted previously in the past problems with the Microsoft Arc Touch mouse, but nothing works. I went through all the steps in the troubleshooting provided guides, but still nothing. The IntelliPoint software installed, Microsoft keyboard and center mouse installed, the control panel shows me a nice picture of an Arc Touch Mouse as my mouse installed, but still, it won't work. The Green LED shows that it is good with the battery and the blue laser goes hard, but alas, it still does absolutely nothing. Controlled parameters. Tried it on another machine, also does not work.

Any help, that does not involve pointing me to existing support documentation, would be very much appreciated.

  • Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse scrolling problem

I have a Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse.  My problem is that when scrolling in the way of my index finger on the metal band, the page scrolls down, as it should, but then maintains a 'click' - same supplement with my index finger lifted well clear of the Strip.   This makes the reading of documents and emails a total boredom.  You reach the next starting point and the cursed thing jumps on another paragraph or two.  The driver is up-to-date.  The mouse is absolutely clean and the dirt and dust are not issues.  It's time to take this mouse has a few miles of the coast to see if it floats?  If anyone else has experienced this?   It would be great to fix because it's an uncomfortable thing to hold and I really like the way that batteries are registered by "flattening" of the mouse after use in order to turn it off.   Any advice would be welcome.   Frustratedly, David, NZ
