  Hello, I had many problems getting this oracle 11g installed. I have Windows 7 (vista home) 32-bit. With the help of this site, I managed to get finally installed.
  
  However my question is:
  
  When I go to the control of database screen (//localhost:1158/em/console/logon/logon)its ask for me to log in. I used the password I put in place whilest software installation and it does not recognize.

  How this is related to the question of password? The password is case-sensitive in 11g so please check that you are using the password and that is in the proper case. If you don't remember the last password, issue the command, below

  alter user sys identified by oracle.

  1 file > properties VI > Protection > protected.  Make sure that you really want to do and if you do, write down the password in place course.  There are a lot of messages on the forum where people ask for help and can not get anything when they forgot their password.

  Ive installed 10GEX and worked a little inside. Now, I work in the implementation of backup process. I want to set up a crotab to run the same script which is used through the GUI (Centos 5.4 - "RedHat"). I run the script manually with success.
  
  Read on crontab, each user can have its own set of jobs. and by using the crontab-l command you can list the work in the queue of the user you are logged in as. The 'oracle' user exists, but I do not have a password for it... in order to log in to the operating system by using this user and set up a cron job under his name.
  
  What is the right way to go? backup using the oracle user tasks? Can I know the oracle user - this would allow successful for the oracle user, crontab entry, or how to determine what is the password.
  
  I could always change the oracle as a 'root' user password - but that would break something?

  Hello

  (1) If you set the oracle user password, it do not affect DB or Apex.

  (2) if I understand correctly, default password is not set for the oracle user, so you can't use it to connect.
  If you set the password using the passwd command, then you can log in with this username.
  Some Linux forum can give the best answer to this question.

The install password is always your Mac password. Macs are asked to enter a password whenever you install something. If you do not have a password for Mac you can leave the field blank and click OK.

  Reset my password because my sister discovered my old one, so I didn't want him to mess with my stuff on my computer, I changed it and I know exactly what it is because I had to type it twice.   I just bought a landslide cruzer SanDisk 16 GB and formatted the USB before proceeding with the installation disk. is it possible to still the installation password even if it took the factory out of the disc records? and if so, how?

  This isn't a problem with Microsoft or Windows.  You must SanDisk technical support.

  I just got a new Macbook Pro with Mountain Lion and migrated from the previous version of the MBP. Appearently Dreamweaver CS3 will not work with the Mountain Lion, so I decided to subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud.

  Now, my problem is that I can't uninstall the suite CS3 Web Premium (so I can start installing the CS6 creative cloud applications). There is a file in a folder called "Adobe Installers", ""Add or remove Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium."" However, I double click, I get my Mac installer password and then... nothing happens.

  I read that someone has solved this problem by dragging the folder from the old computer to the new Configuration. But this has not worked for me.

  Can someone help me to uninstall CS3 so I can get the CS6 running applications?

  For future reference, never migrate applications Adobe from one computer to another. It's an unfortunate lesson in grief.

  Okay, so you didn't get very far in the installation.

  Here's how to reset a forgotten password.

  Do you have a backup before the upgrade, such as a time Machine backup?   (Keychain is not containing the administrative password, unfortunately.)   You remove the login keychain, all stored passwords in Safari and in fact be lost.)   If you have, I would recover the set of connection from there.

  If you don't have a current backup, it's the first think you get.

  There could be a problem with the disk or of protection structure, or with the disc itself.    Creating a new keychain cannot be blocked, short error permissions or a drive problem.    Disk utility and check the drive and see if there is something to do.   (Unfortunately, some of these steps require an administrative password.)   You can try the repairs or a backup to disk by booting from the recovery partition - that won't require no administrative privileges - and attempt a repair or recovery from here, or save the entire drive disk external work.

  Firmware update should only be done if you notice problems with the ODD (CD/DVD drive)
  In addition the laptop was equipped with various drives and firmware on the Toshiba page seems to be designed only for some some sides.
