  I have 9 Frame and a copy of RoboHelp 8.0.0.203 demonstration and works in Windows 7 (all of a sudden. Yet to learn my way in the operating system after a catastrophic failure of the weekend with my trusty little machine XP.) I have no TCS2; just these two stand-alone tools. I have a book of frame I need to turn into contextual HLO and am auditioning Robo for the task.

  No dice. Whenever I try to import (see below re linking) I get an error message in a box marked "RHUtils": "unable to install the plugin from RoboHelp for FrameMaker. If please close FrameMaker and try again. »

  
  With your permission, I'll cover a few points in the order in which they come to mind:

  This doesn't seem to be my answer because I don't yet own TCS2. This path does not exist.

  In any case, this is where I realized that I was, at least for now, of ideas. Does anyone have more?

  If you do not want to go down the road of miftogo mentions Arnis, you can always download the demo of TCS2 - it is fully functional for the period of the demo. I am tempted to install it in its own virtual machine (or another machine entirely) so that you do not get the demo interfere with your legitimate copy of FM9.

  If you have Lightroom 3 is still installed, you can get it from there.

  If you do not and you have your box/drive, it should be there.

  IF you do not have one of the people, and you have registered your software, you can log in to your Adobe account and get it there.

• I can't activate my Adobe Audition 3.0.  I installed the program from my drive.  The program works. I have the serial number.

  I bought the program 5 years ago.   My computer crashed and I move the program to the new hard drive.    It is installed.    Whenever I start the program I get the message to activate.   But it will not be activated.  I have the original disc and the serial number.

  As Steve says, you must uninstall your existing discs, software and then download and install the version on the page above.  Note that this page is about everything in the CS2 package, so you need to scroll a bit to get to the hearing.

  A small number of people have problems with this system and the related FAQ Steve to the above includes instructions for some changes of registry fix that... but most people can just follow the Adobe pages.

  Maybe it's a problem with certain settings in the registry for filters, I suggest that you download the Microsoft fix - it from the link below that resets upper and lower filters:

• I can't install new programs from the internet.

  Whenever I try to launch the installation of the "Downloads" window, I get the error "___has stopped working" even before the start of the installation.  This applies to ANY Setup that come from the internet. all my software installation still work very well.  I can't do a system restore because I just created a new profile because of that being corrupted.  I had this same problem on the corrupted profile, but it didn't really hinder anything because I already had everything that I needed and does not need to install anything.  I tried everything I can find online, and so far nothing came close to work. Help, please!

  would normally be a right-click on the setup.exe for it - run as administrator
