    Hi @Dentist_9251,

    Thank you for your query.

I understand that when to play your screen will become suddenly blue and your computer restarts.   Continually, you get a message that the display driver stopped responding and was recovered.

Did you run HP Support Assistant to facilitate updates of HP?

You did all your Windows updates?

Here is a link to Open the Windows Update troubleshooting tool that can help to find additional drivers.   Although it lists Windows 7 it does not work in Windows 10.

Once launched, it should show a screen like this.

Use the second "Background Intelligent Transfer Service" option, this should lead to an update of strength of the 'Windows updates' which cannot be automatically applied c ELA could fix some of these issues.

Have you ran the Windows troubleshooting tool?

I have a Tecra R850 with the ATI HD 6450 M and every now and again it crashes and BSOD appears.
I have observed that mainly happens when playing flash videos.

    Can anyone help?

    Thank you

    Hi Jose

Are you using the original Toshiba pre-installed Windows or your own version?
Display driver original included in the original recovery image is tested, so you shouldn't have trouble with basic stuff like flash video playback.

Since when did you notice this problem? Can you give us an example when this happens?
    You have installed updates?
To be honest, I can't imagine that this issue is on the first day of use.

When I tried to install it I got a message "the NVIDIA Setup program cannot continue. You must install an Intel driver first.

Toshiba provides a link for this particular Intel driver, I can't find it in the download section pilots. If this isn't the case, I find it from anywhere else?

    Hello
I have also this problem such as a freezing of the computer and the notification "driver Nvidia has stopped working". ". It's because of the display driver and we can nothing but just wait when Toshiba will broadcast a new, improved driver.
That it was a dead pixel, you can read about it here

It is for Lcd screens, but can also be applied to the display of the laptop

  • 5K iMac display driver problem crashing end of 2015

I have a new end 2015 27 "5K iMac, CTO with the i7, Fusion of 3 TB drive and the M395X w / 4 GB of VRAM. I got the plug 8 GB of RAM but put 16 GB of RAM spec Apple Crucial in both. All are adapted. I have clean education installed windows 10 via bootcamp, I also used to divide the disc fusion in partitions of equal size. I had some problems initially with Bluetooth for the magic mouse and display and had to manually install the drivers for the two. In the case of Bluetooth several times. By a very large extent, it was worth the most I got with an installation of bootcamp since the first version as issued. I don't know if it's windows or apple it was a mess of God awful things installed partially or not at all.

In any case, I got things set to the point where the system seemed stable and decided to start running some games through steam. This is when I started to have a great many problems with the system. More specifically, when I play games on steam I frequently either crash to the desktop or system chokes and throws me back to the default windows display drivers. I say this because I can't see the error appearing frequently in the observer of events just before these accidents is "Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered." Usually, I have two error messages in a line in the newspaper timed just before the accident happens so I am sure that the pilot does not successfully and two kicks me back to the default windows display driver and the locking system until I quit the game via the Task Manager or comes crashing down on the desk. According to the event viewer, I had 20 warning messages (event ID 4101) in the last nine days (yes I play a lot for a 50 year old man).

Seriously, what gives apple? I drop to $3K on a machine and I can't even enjoy a game that this card should be more capable of running at a decent resolution (Fallout 4) because the drivers suck. AMD released the bootcamp drivers on September 21 last year. They claim they have the latest drivers available (and their latest stable version for systems non-bootcamp is December 15 last year, after having released only 12 days ago the beta drivers) for bootcamp, but you guys are sitting on them because you certify drivers. So, yet again, what gives? Can we get the drivers, we need to use the systems we paid a premium for it please?

If you want to try non-Apple certified drivers, you can test with WHQL drivers, or try and BCA allows you to download the latest available package and check the version of the drivers available vs installed. AMD GPU are bad when they are in the Mac running Windows. This does not happen on OS X side.

There are number of threads about the drivers for the AMD GPU and a lot of experimentation within the CSA for Windows drivers.

  • Satellite L300-2This - display driver problem

I had daily problems with a display driver. I've looked everywhere for a newer version, but it seems that he is no. I could find only 6.14.10.4953 version and it is one I have already.
BTW the message I get on screen BSD is "igxprd32 driver has entered a loop" or something like that. In any case it is super annoying not not to be able to find a driver for a less expensive than a portable years TOSHIBA!

    Thank you

I think problem is not the driver itself. It must be something else that has a negative influence on the graphic feature. I put t know what operating system you use but install original Toshiba recovery image and I'm 100% sure that everything will work perfectly.

Who knows what you have installed on your laptop and what are your activities.

A few months ago, I installed Win7 32 bit on friends L300 and it works perfectly. Her HARD drive was dead, and we've updated the HARD drive and did clean install of Win7. Until now he didn't notice any problem with graphics or features in general.
