Intel HD Driver issues to the decommissioning of Win8 to Win7

Hi guys,.

I currently have a bunch of machines Pro3500MT HP that came preinstalled with Win8 on them, and after checking with HP, they stated that their compatibility to be downgraded to run on Win7.

The installation works fine up until the point where Intel HD drivers are installed and this causes the pc to BSOD with IRQ isn't equal error. (I'll add the dump shortly files)

Has anyone had this experience with these machines?

Hello:

I've seen situations on the other business office HP PC where this occurs when you install W7 (no SP1), and then try to install the drivers before the W7 SP1 update.

If that's what you were doing, the solution is to install W7, update SP1 before you install all the drivers, and it should work.

If this is not your situation, then I would try the video driver Intel HD directly from Intel.

  • Satellite L875D: USB 3.0 ports do not work after decommissioning of Win8 for Win7

    Hello

I got my OS of Win8 OEM for Win 7 Home Premium because Win8 is just not for me... Its a legal version of Win7 with a product key, storebought...

The laptop is a Satellite L875D-10N, which I bought in September 13.

Installation went well, except that 2 3 ports USB 3.0 no longer works.
I can stil fresh my phone or other devices, but the laptop is not "see". Also, USB drives and other storage devices are not recognized.

In the Device Manager the ar two ports under "other devices" and no driver is installed for them.
I tried in different ways to find and install a driver, but it never works.

Can someone help me with this? I would be very much greatfull!

    Kind regards

    > In Device Manager, the two ports are listed in the "other devices" section and no driver is installed for them.

Indeed the USB issue seems to be related to the missing drivers.

You must install this driver USB 3.0:
    [Driver USB AMD v 2.0.7.176 Windows 7 - 64 bit: http://www.toshiba.eu/innovation/download_driver_details.jsp?service=EU&selCategory = 2 & selFamily = 2 & selSeries = 178 & selProduct 7534 = & selSh ortMod = null & language = 13 & selOS = 30 & selType = all & yearu pload = & monthupload = & dayupload = & useDate = null & mode = a llMachines & search = & action = search & macId = & country = al l & selectedLanguage = 13 & type = all & page = 3 & ID = 87792 & OSI D = 30 & driverLanguage = 42]

In addition, you will need to make sure that this chipset driver has been installed too.
The laptop supports the graphics chip ATI and AMD chipset. The chipset driver is the driver of ATI graphics card and this is why you must make sure that this driver would be installed too.

  • Portege Z930 - a few questions after decommissioning of Win8 for Win7

    Hello
    I recently bought Z930 PT234E with Win8 pre-installed. Due to the policy of the company, I needed this downgrade to Win7 Pro 32-Bit (deleted all partitions and creates a partition must usually be made). I downloaded all the drivers for the OS and installed. And it all started after that;

    1. I'm trying to install TOSHIBA Smart Client Manager but returns with warning "+ before starting the implementation of TOSHIBA Smart Client Manager Client, copy an action for TOSHIBA Smart Client Manager Server header file to the installation folder. +"and I only have the file and the installation will fail. * Where can I get this file for a successful installation? *

    2. you have + hwsetup + software preinstalled on Win8 but I couldn't find this sw / driver, even for Win8 to download Toshiba pages * where can I get this sw because it gives the possibility to configure the BIOS without waiting for start? *

    3. I see that the battery is + opportunity + while I left my camera on hibernation. I have to unplug it from the power supply after that 100% charged and Hibernate, it. But after a few hours, when I turn it on, I see that it is 91%! I susbect it's because of ' + sleep and fresh + "is enabled from the BIOS, but I need to wait for the next boot. * Any comment? *

4-if I buy Toshiba online recovery support, this will help me to install Win8 as first boot and create the deleted partitions as in "+ * factory State * +". In other wprds, this recovery media will set my z930 to the State from the factory with the OS and partitions. + OK, I guess this media is a DVD and I know that I need to create a USB bootable for this media... Really thanks for reading and the comments / answers :)

This file is not known to me and usually something like that should not appear if install you the software in the correct order.
Before you start to install the Toshiba software you need to install the Toshiba value added for Windows 7 package!

Only if this PPV was installed and restarted laptop, you can follow with other tools.

    > 2 - you have hwsetup software preinstalled on Win8, but I couldn't find this sw / even Win8 to the download pages where Toshiba can get this sw fly because it gives the possibility to configure the BIOS without waiting for the start?

Driver package system that is available to win 8 is NOT available for Win 7.
Instead of system driver you have installed to VAP!

Any comments? Option Charge & sleep, but also other options like the Wake Up LAN or keyboard may discharge the battery. So in case you n t want that, disable it in the BIOS

    > 4 - if I buy Toshiba online recovery support, this will help me to install Win8 as first boot and create the partitions deleted as in "factory condition". • Help: Decommissioning of Win8 for Win7

    I have a new HP Pavilion p6 - 2316 s office running 64-bit Windows 8

I have 2 things that are not win 8 compadable, and I bought the DVD of Windows 7 64-bit.

I went and turned off Secure Boot. I also changed the boot sequence so that it starts from the DVD.

He began to collect files for Windows 7 for a while, and then he went to the process of starting Windows with the logo of Win

but it stops there. Tried to do again but stopped in the same place. The Logo of Win seems distorted.

Anyway, I don't know what I'm doing wrong or if there is something else to complete it.

Thanks in advance for any info.

    Joey

Oops, I noticed that I turned Legacy support above Secure Boot. I enabled Legacy Support tried. Everything worked well. I am trying to install Win 7.

    Sorry for the wasted post.

Toshiba will soon have the updated the 16.10.0 OEM version?

    Thank you.

I think that anyone here can give you the right answer. If Toshiba will detect the serious WLAN issue, I imagine that they will offer the driver update.
Let's see what will happen days or next few weeks.

By the way: have you installed the latest version of Intel and tested WLAN connectivity?

    Hi people,

    just got a 59436180 Z40 - 70 w / nvidia geforce and installed with windows 7 (32 bit).

installing the nvidia vga drivers told me I need to install intel vga driver before installing the nvidia, one card...

the problem is that I can't install the driver vga intel that I got the support of the lenovo download page (the name of the file is 'ivg200w732.exe'),

When I run it, it says something like my computer doesn't have the minimum requirements for the driver to install...

Well it seems that it is the wrong driver, because when I explore the installation directory, I found a 'x 64' - named directory... and not "x 86" or "32 bit" or something similar... "."

    someone has the same problem?

    Help...

What type of devicce (type, manufacturer, make and model)?  Where did you get the driver and you are absolutely certain that this is for your device AND your version of Vista?  It seems to me, either you have the wrong driver or it or the device is not compatible with your version of Vista - check http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-vista/default.aspx.

You can get in trouble with your device drivers.  Go to the Device Manager by going to start / find and type Device Manager and enter and then double-click on the program icon that appears.  Check each device to a red x, yellow! or white?  These identify devices with problems probably (drivers, but also of conflict or something else).  Click on each for more details and troubleshooting tips.  If you need to get the drivers, firmware and/or software - they may all be required (and you should you do once again for the substantial device at all you have time to do - they help way beyond simply solve this problem), let the computer dealer or the manufacturer of the device (NOT of Microsoft Updates).  In fact, you must disable automatic updates in Windows Update driver as follows:http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/how-to-disable-automatic-driver-installation-in-windows-vista/. Follow these steps to get the drivers: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/driverssupport/ht/driverdlmfgr.htm.  Once you have the drivers, you can install them via the Manager device as follows:http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/193584-device-manager-install-driver.html.

Here is an article on Code 10 and corrective device driver issues (ignore the part to get the drivers from Microsoft - bring as noted above):http://support.microsoft.com/kb/943104.

I hope this helps.  Keep me in the loop.

    Hello

    (1) when encounter you the problem?

    (2) have what troubleshooting measures you tried?

    (3) remember you to make changes to the computer before the show?

You can try the following methods and check the status of the issue.

    Method 1:

Configure the computer to clean start State to check software conflicts.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: When the diagnosis is complete, don't forget to reset your computer to normal startup. Follow step 7 of the above article.

    Method 2:

Uninstall and reinstall the display adapter drivers.

    (a) start Control Panel, click hardware and sound and then click Device Manager.

    (b) to expand the node that represents the type of device you want to uninstall, right click on the entrance to the unit and click on uninstall.

  • Satellite L500 - cannot install the Intel video driver

    Ok
complete failure of the hard drive, no recovery cd was created, reloaded windows 7, looked up and downloaded the drivers from Toshiba, BUT there are only two video drivers listed, amd and Intel, both marked "for model only supported" its an Intel machine so I tried the Intel driver but it doesn't install, it just closes which I believe if the corresponding material is not found is the default action for these drivers.

But I'm stuck with 'standard VGA graphics adapt' all other drivers loaded perfectly, (I installed the driver from chipset Intel first and rebooted, so it should be ok but it s not)

    Any ideas?

  • Satellite A100-784: could I use driver Nvidia on the graphics chip Intel

    Hi all

I know that this particular laptop uses the graphic intel GMA 950. Why then were the nvidia drivers on my laptop as well during the installation of the OS (Vista Basic)?

I visited the Toshiba website for updated drivers up-to-date, and once again, I find drivers nvidia on the download page.

What day if I need to update the drivers graphics? Drivers Intels GMA, the nvidia drivers or both?

    Thank you

    Hello

You're right: this laptop uses Intel 945GM graphics card.
BUT it seems that Toshiba provides this A100 series with different graphics cards (Inel, nvidia, ati) and so the image of Vista includes 3 different drivers graphics: NVidia graphic driver, ATI and Intel graphics driver graphics driver.

But if you want to update the graphic card driver, you have to choose only the Intel driver package

  • Satellite L50-A01Q: where to find the latest Intel graphics driver

I brought a Blu - Ray external drive and tested to see if I could play blurays but the Intel graphics driver is outdated.

I downloaded the new driver from Intel, but he could not install.
He said I had to download the driver of my manufacturer.

But the new driver is not available from Toshiba?
There, because I can not play blurays.

    > I downloaded the new driver from Intel, but he could not install.
    > He said I had to download the driver of my manufacturer.

Of course, you can install the Intel driver downloaded from Intel page.
You must download the zip package where only files are placed in the record of the driver.
Then you have to unpack this package, then go to Device Manager and update the driver by using the Advanced installation procedure. This will allow you to point to the folder of the Intel driver you have unpacked (desktop?)

    This procedure worked for me

  • Tecra A3: Can I install Intel graphics driver from the Intel website?

I have a lappy A3. The display driver date of 2005, which is an Intel 915g obtained on the download from toshiba site.

There has been several updates driver 915 from the Intel site but no update on the toshiba site.
Can I use the Intel drivers file to update my A3?

You can install on the laptop you everything what you want. It of your choice!
But as far as I know Toshiba recommend using own drivers such as each manufacture of portable!
However, many people here in the forum use different drivers and especially because they work.
I put t see no reason why the right Intel graphic driver should t run on your laptop.

    Good luck
