  It is normal that you can not set the same date format for both languages at the same time. You will need to use the drop-down list to choose a date format customized if necessary.

  Your phone gets your location by connecting to the GPS satellites. Using location services works with battery. However, it will not use more independently connect to the Mexico it makes when it finds your place here.

  I apologize for the confusion. With regard to your questions:

  The country associated with your Adobe ID, your payment details and the store of purchase must be the same. However, you can use the service in several countries; you don't have to download the Japanese version because you are in the part-time Japan. Indeed, if your credit card is based in the United States, you must download the Adobe USA program or another American retailer so that countries match. Choose your language as the US English shouldn't cause you to encounter problems when you are in the Japan.

  I don't know of anyway to change the language on a selective basis. Language is set for applications when they are installed. For more information, please visit: change the language setting of your Cloud Creative applications
