  I tried to RTFM, but research for this error go empty.  I'm curious to know why Internet Explorer being participates in it at first. But mostly, I'm just curious as to how to get this thing to work.

  I was a problem with widows 7 IE 11 slow and received messages from some sites that my browser is obsolete.  I installed IE11 and still had problems, so I installed IE 10 and most of my problems went away.
