Interruption of the connection to the device

During the capture of Premiere Pro CS5 with a new cassette containing an original recording, I get a "recorder Error" "Interruption of the connection to the device" of windows. I can resume the capture by clicking Save in the capture window, and it continues with a new file name. For example: 01 3 Clip. AVI continues as 4.avi Clip 01, Clip then 01 4 1, Clip 01 4 2, etc. Has happened 10 times throughout a record of 45 min.

When I tried to import the clips, it is said that the file is unsupported or damaged. The only one I can use is the last clip in the sequence (Clip 01 4 9.avi). Please let know us what I can do to capture my full video. Thank you.

Not exactly what the real problem was, but I replace my old cable firewire with a Monster Cable, cable FireLink 300. Email support Adobe also recommended to turn off UAC and the firewall/antivirus. Collectively, the actions seem to have solved the problem I captured 6: 1 hour video with no problems.

    Seems to have been resolved in re - install the software HP Simple pass then go and reconfigure the settings. Message no longer appears on 10. User LT installed with 7 however. Best decision.

    If you have reinstalled just your system from the recovery CD then you will also need to re - install one of your devices (including your Internet connections) installation CD that came with them.

    The recovery CD contain only the Windows base operating system, as well as the software provided to Toshiba and to my knowledge, this does not include the ISP software or connections.
