  Follow these methods.

  Method 1: Run the tool and troubleshooting hardware devices.

  Method 2: Check the drivers and the Bluetooth Support service.

  (b) Services for window open find Bluetooth Support Service and double-click it.

  (c) ensure that the service is both the value Automatic for Startup type and started for the State.

  (d) click Start, type Device Manager in the start search box and press enter.

  Sorry, I can't offer a solution but I wanted to get this thread to keep up-to-date.   You aren't the only one with this problem.  I have an iPhone 6 s + and with IOS 9.3.1 update, calls I am doing in the completely distorted sound car.  Also appears that Bluetooth is disconnection/reconnection intermittently.

  Just found the problem today so I did not go through the process of removal of device re-matching, etc.

  Finally, I have the solution to this common problem of Bluetooth (not connected / not find devices).

  In win 7 when we on the adopter of Bluetooth and we have not automatically installed driver installed acer Bluetooth deivers victory, now after the win itself driver installation driver Bluetooth appears in the Device Manager and status but not work, not to find any Bluetooth device. Here is the solution:

  -On the Bluetooth and go to Device Manager and uninstall the drivers

  -After the uninstall, disable the Bluetooth and install the acer for Bluetooth driver that corresponds to your device

  - But not on the Bluetooth before installing the drivers

  -After installation turn on Bluetooth and you see victory do not install the drivers it self because the driver is installed and the unit is in working condition

  -Search for devices and I hope the Bluetooth not finding the device number is resolve

  It seems that it does not show the right Bluetooth adapter because it does not recognize. I've included the two links below. These are the Windows 7 drivers for two possible Bluetooth drivers for your computer. Uninstall all Bluetooth devices in your device manager and then install one of the engines below and try to connect to your Bluetooth device. If this does not work uninstall and install on the other.

  From my own experience, some models support BT and some don t so probably your device does support BT or you have done something wrong then that configuration of BT.

  My own different models of knowledge supports different hardware specifications. You can buy models of laptops with Harman-Kardon speakers that offer the best sound quality. This device seems to support standard speakers.
  So it s always a question of value for money and in my opinion it is not too bad.
