Restore from a backup or news?  Try restoring as a new phone and see if the battery still drains quickly.

  • iOS 10.0.2 battery drain

guys, I'm using iphone 5 s for 2 years. my battery life is good. If I SLEEP at night and wake up my phone just reduce by 2-4%... since I updated ios 10.0.2 my battery draining fast. nearly 60% increased after more... Battery all day draining even if I don't use anything. If I turned off my cell data also gives me same result.

I use ios 10.0.1 before still going strong with no problems of drainage. Can someone give me a solution...

    Your help is very appreciated.

Try the settings > battery to see what is using that a lot of the battery.  Maybe it's something you can disable when not in service.

    Hello

I noticed a problem with the Messages app iOS 10.0.2. Since the update, this app is highly draining the battery...

for the English people (10 minutes on screen, 5, bottom of 5 h;).

I do not use Message as well!

Is there a work around for this problem? I've lost 30% of battery in 2 hours on an iPhone 7 +.

    Hi pierrezep,

Thanks for the update to iOS 10.02! I understand that after the update your Messages application uses a very high amount of your battery. You can try to force quit the Messages app and relaunch.  Force a nearby application on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  • Battery Drain on the IPhone 6s tried all what my batterery usually lasts a full 24 hours 6 now even not help

Tried most everything on the IPhone 6s battery drain because I've updated also OS 9.3.2 my battery went from Excellent too horrible will appreciate greatly any help too recti this question

Have what troubleshooting you tried? First, go to settings > farm and see what app is listed as using the highest percentage of your battery. You may have a blocked process that seeks to complete. How is - what report you? Weak signal will also cause a drain in the battery. Troubleshooting user steps include reboot, reset, restore from backup, restore to factory; tests after each stage. If you get all the way to the factory restore, make sure that you have a current backup of the phone and after the restoration, test before adding additional content to the device. This can help to rule out software problems.

  • 10 IOS on iPhone 6s - battery drain issue

    Hi all!

I've updated the IOS official 10 OTA on my iPhone 6 s, here are the initial impressions, I felt very refreshing on IOS10, but one thing (the major) little to care about me, someone at found that battery faster? In the morning around 08:30 it was 89 percent after I did the update, currently it is 56% (89% to 56% directly), I hardly used for mobile on 40mins calls, Whatsapp 20mins and other activities of the internet misc 30 minutes or more, this was not the case with IOS9.3.5 and occasionally the screen on an aggregate used to 4 h 30 min or slightly above I was seriously expecting the better battery life.

    Thank you

    Sunil

  • The R7000 there Quantenna 5 GHz battery drain issue or has it been fixed?

Hi, I'm looking to upgrade my WiFi router and I considered the R7000, but do want to not buy a router that drains the battery of my phone when it is connected to the 5 GHz channel and can't see any point in the upgrade if I end up having to stick to the 2.4 GHz I already have.

I have known the issue recently, when connected to new TalkTalks router (from Huawai) and got tired of waking up to a phone dead every morning.

I did a little research on Google and found that pilots Quantenna lacked support for negotaition powersaving to 5 GHz if this problem has been fixed. So far, I only found a reference to the R7500 having this problem. If anyone knows if the firmware has been updated to fix the powersaving?

    Thank you

The R7000 relies entirely on the Broadcom and don't use all Quantenna chips.

  • IOS 9.3.1 battery drain

Shortly after the update to IOS 9.3.1 I went from having to recharge my phone once every 2 days to 5 times in 2 days...

Now, I complete recharge my phone before going to bed and when I wake up fresh sound around 35% and that is with no use and locked the screen.

By lunch time its totally flat. I load it again and 20:00 its totally flat again with minimal use (no game). Then I have to keep on fees until the sunset again. If I need to use my phone I have to paste in another term of load cos I can see the battery % turns down as a clocks second hand.
I never had this problem on one of my iPhones before and this one is only a few months. This problem occurred after installing IOS 9.3.1

my phone is the iPhone 6 s... Is there a solution?

The challenge is to find the app that uses energy. Go to settings/battery and it will track usage of applications using more than 1%. See: http://www.overthought.org/blog/2014/the-ultimate-guide-to-solving-ios-battery-d rain

  • When Apple will fix 9.3 battery drain issue?

It's crazy and I want to know when to expect Apple to solve the problem of life 9.3 battery? Once set, how will I be able to "apply" the changes to my phone, since I have already installed? Am I too late? What I should expect 9.3.2? Or what is planned? I just want to know how much time I have to deal with that and how do I get the changes 'fixed' to 9.3 on my phone since I have already installed. Thank you. Please, I beg you! I really need help.

There is no problem of battery life in iOS 9.3. While you might have a problem with your individual device, it is not a systemic problem with iOS. Since you don't specify what your problem is, what would you say to detail what you are experiencing and what troubleshooting you have tried to solve your problem. When did start? Have you checked in the settings > farm to see which application uses the highest percentage of your battery?

  • Battery drain issue

I have the latest version of the software on my iPhone and watch. Lately my watch started acting really weird, battery in 11 hours completely, even if the watch is not used. If you check the use in the app Apple Watch, he told me that most of the time the watch have been used.

After re-pairing/restore watch battery works very well (> 2 days standby), until what I put in place of the dials / install apps etc (battery sinks again less than 9-10 hours).

AS long as I have re-pair/restoration shows they work very well, but I can't do that all the time. Is there a way to solve this problem, until the next version of watch OS comes out? I did not all apps fitness on them, and yes I tried to reboot devices 1 million times.

    Hello

It can help to identify the cause, if you initially delete all third-party applications on your watch and then monitor the performance of battery after adding them back one by one.

It is the same regarding complications of watch face.

Tried the cable charge USB, his work, but for every 10 minutes his light when loading and closing saying 0% charge. How do to get out the phone and fully charge and then start?

I saw the similar problem and a patch in 800w phone but my phone turns any upgrade also... Is it possible to Activ phone alone charge mode?

My req I need to charge my phone, usb charge her turning on for every 10 minutes with light load, how to avoid it and leave the full load device.

    Hello

I could Tweak, have inserted a small piece of paper that covers the Center 2 pins 4 pin contacting the charge battery. After keeping it loads for about 30 min, I got 15% of costs, and the device is now on and load...

I don't exactly know I did, but masking Center two pins allows load but disables boot... I think that its useful for anyone screwed to the top device...

    Thank you best regards &,.

  • How can you fix ios 9.3 the battery life on my iphone?

I have an iPhone 5 c and Ive had for about 8 months now and I've never had a problem with the battery until about 5 days ago I had updated to ios 9.3, the update could drain my battery extremely fast (2 hours to kill my phone when fully charged flight mode). I had downgraded ios back 9.2.1 and the problem would go away, I wanted to see if anyone else has this same problem before going to apple themselves. If anyone has the same problem and fixed it please answer your solution.

Try using the low power Mode, which can be enabled under settings > farm > low power Mode. If that does nothing, be it to an Apple Store to get to replace the battery.

  • IOS 9.3.5 failure hardware issue or iPhone?

I think that I have an iPhone 5, but can't find where to check that - I have 55.7 GB with 9.7 BG available - I have upgraded to IOS 9.3.5 yesterday or the day before--tonight my iPhone is weird - it auto selects programs to open, refuses to accept keys and is generally weird

    I charged it

    done several resets hard

generally, it will work for a few seconds to 15 or 20 seconds after start-up, then goes weird

    Any ideas or help?

    LN

Larry, the problem usually fixes iOS involve reset, restore from a backup and restore as a new. If your phone is opening random apps or the screen is also insensitive, it may be a sign of a defective digitizer and Apple store or authorized dealer must test. However, you can try the following steps in case it is an update of the iOS software corrupt.

Try to hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons at the same time for about 15 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. You won't lose anything.

If that doesn't help, try a system restore. First save your device via iTunes. Also import your photos on your computer and copy all the data if possible. Reconstruction of the support first test and test. If this does not help, you may need to restore as a new and reconfigure from scratch as the backup may be damaged. It is important to have your photos and your saved data separately from the backup. Here are the steps for a restoration:

If the steps above do not help, you may need to test in an Apple store.
