I confused directions to charge my iPad pen and it is glued directly on the lightning of my Air card; After two minutes I checked it and it was hot. I deleted and loaded with the adapter in the right way.

Is there a chance that the pen has been damaged?

I was surprised to see that after 10 minutes, she went from 25% to 100% of full charge. I hope this is normal behavior (and I've not messed up its sensors). It does not work as expected like a feather at least (so far). TX

You are supposed to be able to charge Apple pencil directly from the connector of the lightning.

I wonder did really plug into an iPad Air? The pencil is designed to work with the iPad Pro only.

Anyway it wasn't supposed to be burning hot, I checked it on the Apple Store.

You probably won't have a valid warranty then - this is an excerpt of the guarantee:

IMPORTANT RESTRICTION for iPHONE, iPAD AND APPLE TV SERVICE.

Apple may restrict service guarantee for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV in the country where Apple or its distributors allowed initially sold the unit.

    from there:

So I would not recommend it as you would yourself. No idea re. the SIM/cell service - I suggest to check you with a provider in your country.

  • You can get pen off iPad smart coverage of 9.7 "Pro

MY iPad is next to me accidentally put ink pen on my Smart black Cover and hold is off but how do without damaging the cover chip

Not very easily, or not at all. I would like to try rubbing alcohol, but nothing stronger than the one and only on the brand itself.

Otherwise, put a few stylus points more on it to keep the first company and don't stress too much about.

  • Why is their a blue circle on my iPad to the tip of the pen

Why is there a blue circle on my iPad at the tip of the pen pressure

I write the correct answer here for the benefit of other users who have the same problem:

"This seems to be a bit of a bug (on iPad Pro usually with a pencil) in the current version of the sketch. It seems resolved by uninstalling the app, reboot the device and reinstall. Can you give that a try? (Be sure to synchronize your work before you uninstall).

A skit, which solves this problem will be in the App Store in the coming weeks. "

Thanks for the information about hotfix Sue Garibaldi !

  • iPad - mouse / pen

There has been a lot of questions over the years about the use of a mouse on an iPad with the same response: NO - no taken in charge.

There is obviously a lack by a draw of the community of the iPad to be able to use a mouse.

I regularly use the iPad with a blue tooth keyboard.

A lot of times I wish I could use a mouse instead of my big fingers on the screen.

I note that there is a pencil, only for iPad Pro.

    Issues related to the:

    1. What is the difference between a pencil and a mouse (I only compare ability to score, click and drag - not the function of the mouse scrolling)

    2. why Apple cannot provide such a lot of misery to the community - a mouse for the iPad?

Certainly, this should be on the choice of consumers.

Please - no standard throw lines like "Because IOS does support not the mouse".

    Thank you.

There is no mouse. Discover the pencil on the Apple site.

  • 'pen' for Ipad pro NOT for drawing

Just got an Ipad pro for my father who is blind in one eye. He has no vision 3D and said that typing on the keyboard of the screen is difficult because he cannot judge where the key board "is" compared to his finger and the finger is too big to see what lying under exactly - so it hits the wrong letter (kind of like we all did when we started the text on the phone). Anyway, he thinks that if he had a stylus as an eraser pencil or other object thin soft touch letters or other buttons with her would be better... I know that the technology is such that you can not use just a pencil upside with eraser to erase, but is there something that exists? (Yes, I know all about the tip - but this is to click not drawing, so to speak)

Any stylus capicitive should work. You can get almost everywhere now. You are looking for one with a soft rubber tip.

  • Adobe draw: circles of wandering plot lines - Pro w pen for Apple iPad

    Hi all

Brand new iPad Pro owner here. Was super excited to use it after attending a seminar online last week featuring Brian Yap working on his iPad Pro.

So, my pencil from Apple arrived today and the first thing I did was start Adobe draw to work on a commissioned illustration, I need to do by the end of the year.

I have a strange problem where if I draw a line when I get to a curve or the angle of the line, Adobe draw creates a large circle on the anchor rendered completely useless of the drawn line. It happens especially if I shoot a little slowly. If I shoot really fast, it is not the case. Honestly if I'm not as I draw everything that slowly.

It doesn't matter if I have my Palm on the iPad or use it without touching my Palm. It is about 50% of the time.

Since it can be difficult to visualize what I mention, I just went ahead and made a video capturing what's happening.

    !

You can clearly see on the second line I draw, but then you can see it happening on two additional lines as well.

Everyone knows this? My pencil to Apple is somehow defective?

It took me weeks to find the pencil of Apple stock, and again, I have a project that I have to do and was really looking forward to using the iPad Pro for. But if enough people tell me that they don't know this, I will try and find a replacement for the pencil itself.

Or is it just a behavior of the application? I will say that I quickly checked the pencil in some other applications, and happened to something else. Just Adobe draw.

I am very pleased to announce that this issue is resolved in the next version of the draw. I could check it out and he is back to normal.

  • For the iPad 2 air, what is the best app for note taking allows you to use a removable keyboard and a stylus? Which is also a stylus good to use?

I am looking to buy an iPad 2 air to take notes in college classes and I was wondering what is a good software that allows an external keyboard (like a laptop) to type notes and also allows the drawing with a stylus? What is a good pen that is compatible with the app and the iPad 2 air?

If you really want to use stylus to take notes or draw you should go for iPad Pro with Apple pencil. Nothing else offers good experience especially for hand writing. If you ok with drawing then only pencil FiftyThree is a good choice on iPad 2 Air (but again, it is much worse in my opinion, then iPad Pro + Apple pencil). FiftyThree is also one of the best (paper) apps for note taking (and it works well with their pencil).

The keyboards are wide work system and not a dependent application. You can go for any model of the 3rd party like you which is compatible with iPad air 2. Advice covers the Apple Smart keyboard are specific to the Pro (they need specific for Pro iPad connector).
