My iPad Safari froze and was told that I had to call apple for support assistance.  I called and gave the last four digits of my serial number of the iPad.  They wanted me to download app and pay money, but it felt weird, so I hung up. Am I or my systems compromised in any way by calling and giving the serial number or hang up in time that nothing should be affected?

    What are your cookies settings? For example:

    Conservation rules: use the custom settings for history

    {X} accept cookies from sites
    Accept third-party cookies: always
    Keep until: I close Firefox

    There is no way to disable CC products. When you enable a CC product on another computer, simply connect to Creative Cloud.CC will ask you if you it will activate on more than 2 computers.
