  This facility is already there in BlackBerry. Go to address book-> click on Menu select filter-> check amd you're desired business/personnel. Add accordingly.

  I tried a simple request by adding the limit: / contacts/lists? limit = 1 but he still returned the default value of 1000 in the response.  It is the same for the other parameters.  The paper says this is in bulk API 2.0 but by changing the url of the results of version 1.0 to 2.0 in 404 in the query.

  Any idea what is the problem?

  For bulk 1.0, please try: /api/bulk/1.0/contact/lists?pagesize=1

  For bulk 2.0, please try: /api/bulk/2.0/contacts/lists?limit=1

  Endpoints were made plural in bulk 2.0, in addition to changes to parameter.

  Re: your second question, the best source for contacts lists is api/bulk/2.0/contacts/lists.  The bulk and the rest for the api will provide the data, but in bulk API 2.0 will not change while the REST 2.0 may (without prior notice).

• Adding custom Contact list fields

  I noticed that the RIM Windows Live Messenger application has been able to add a custom field in the BlackBerry contacts.

  The field name is "Windows Live Messenger".

  I also want to add a field to all the contacts in the contacts list of BB.  However, I can only find API to change the label of the 4 USER fields and add categories.

  I missed the API correctly, or is adding new contact fields can do something only RIM?

  There are Add ons that will find and add all of your e-mail addresses. I don't know how to add addresses of electronic mail entering is practice. That what all these unwanted addresses.

  Hi there, this is not necessarily a problem, but I was wondering if you could awnswer this. I recently adding some new contacts to my contact list, who are both using android phones is said by the way and noticed that options for these contacts, such as: Send Message, share contact, add to Favorites, block this caller, as well as the options of call and text, are all displayed in blue text. I could have sworn at a certain point my contact options were displayed in green text for users of android and blue text only if this contact was using an iPhone. So I looked through my contacts, I needed to update some of my contacts anyway information and discovered that even the options of contact for non-iPhone users were posted in a blue text. I know that iMessage is always displayed in blue, and that regular messages always appear green, it is always the case when I text someone. I know that's really not a big deal, but still when I really could have sworn that the colors are different depending on whether my contacts using iPhones or not. Don't know if a blue font for the selection of these options would have is part of an update or not, or if it was always supposed to be the appearance of these options. If you could tell me what colors your iPhones display when you select a contact from your contact list, and if this would be something that would be possible to change if these colors are supposed to differ, it would be highly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this, once again, I know this is really not very problematic, but I am always curious about it. Thanks to a bouquet.

  This text is blue, no matter that the person has an iPhone, Android phone, landline phone or not phone. Contacts don't 'knows' what kind of phone is connected to the number.

  Hello fellow Skype users and AIDS. In any case, my name is Michael. For many, many weeks, I had this problem where my contact lists where I sort contacts in order to know where I added in origin. That being said, many of them have reproduced and it gets out of control. I read everywhere and some suggest to downgrade. I'd be willing to do this IF I can back up my contacts lists. I don't want to lose them all and have to reassign the contacts to the list or lists again. And it doesn't seem to be any update out.

  In my opinion, Skype has got, I should say, lower quality because Microsoft took over, and it seems that it takes forever to resolve problems with Skype. When an update comes out, another major problem arises. Guess the ultimate question is, is I there a way to fix this very annoying? Please let know me if there is. It makes it confusing when I surf through a sea of contact lists to assign a contact to the right.

  The problem with custom contact lists duplicated was already fixed in Skype 7.22.0.104 update.

• Skype Contact lists - removing users from Messenger

  I have several lists of contacts and have used them for years with success. Starting last week, Messenger users is no longer "stick" in my Skype contacts list. I'll add them, and it seems fine. Then after awhile, I'll optimize Skype and e-mail users went from my lists of contacts.

  What is going on??? Is it a 'new '? I'm using version 7.11.0.102 on Windows 8.1. Is there something that can be done? It's really annoying!

  OK, I understand that if you connect to http://people.live.com and sign in to Skype it. Then use the search to find the email address of the person using the "search the Skype directory. Then add to contacts. Now, they appear under the "Skype" in the Skype app and can be added successfully to custom groups. Then delete them as a 'Messenger' in contact.

  Check with the help of your e-mail account, because they can also help if the emails are actually

  Hotmail often take 15 to 30 seconds to "load" (I know it is "loading" because that's what it says near the lower left corner of the screen), displaying messages in the lower-left corner of all things there download, but above all, nothing seems to happen.  Sometimes when I opened an e-mail, it will go through the phase of "loading" for a few seconds and then revert back to where it was before I clicked on the message to open it.

  I frequently receive messages that 'we cannot connect to Hotmail right now, please try again later' even when I send anything. My internet connection is not interrupted and my Tx and Rx speeds are good.
