  The driver that you downloaded is a zip package.
  Unzip everything first.
  Then you will see a single .exe file in the unzipped folder.
  This exe file is also a package.
  Therefore, unzip the .exe file too.
  Right click on the exe file and select unpack here
  Now, you will have access to the files together. Now choose Setup.exe or Install.exe

  Unfortunately, this is not a feature available on any Android device that does not have root access.

  There are methods available, but most require rooting the device, or by using the APKs HP could not support or encourage.

  This problem occurs if a previous Windows Update process did not cause the computer to be in a corrupted state. This prevents the installation of any language pack.

  I suggest that you reset the Windows Update components and you try to install the pack of language, to check if it works.

  Tried several times for 2 or 3 days...

  o here are the steps I took... which I think should work:

  (1) go to the Microsoft Download Center:http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/default.aspx
  (2) look for each update code that begins with the letters "KB" and followed by a set of numbers (i.e. KB974234)
  3) click on the link for the download and then click on download and run. I think you have to accept an agreement, then click on continue or OK
  4) repeat for all downloads that you can not install
  (5) run Microsoft Update new and click search the updates and if updates have been installed successfully, they should no longer appear in the updates that must be installed.

  I don't know if it is not relevant or if it helped me succeed to install updates manually, but before I manually installed my updates I followed the instructions David_O posted under this threadhttp://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vistawu/thread/f3390e74-9961-4aae-8a05-554c1a9cf1a2?prof=required&lc=1033 . I suggest that first of all try to download manually by following my directions.
