• IPCC Enterprise 5.a Script question

  Hello

  I have a problem of script in an environment of IPCC Enterprise 5. 0a.

  What I need is:

  I want to have the option of specifying a particular agent I want to call by pressing numbers of the officers 'CDA' line. (Just like in the script of Agent2Agent) If the agent is busy, the call should be queued to the agent. If the Agent is not connected, it should give a busy signal.

  Here's what I did:

  In the script editor of ICM, I use a 'Run external Script"in which I use the 'Dec' to get the number of the Agent. After that, I use a QueueToAgent node. In the QueueToAgent node, I'll choose the agent on 'Search agent refeerences by the expression', because I have 200 agents in the system. Otherwise, I could have used the "explicit references Agent" (it works just fine, but then I have to use a lot of IF-nodes and QueueToAgent to get I work for all agents).

• Complex regular expressions without multiple passes

  Does anyone know of a tool that can handle more complex regular expressions without chaining of multiple copies of the VI regular expressions?

  Forgive me if I am away from base, but I'm flying blind at the moment (not LV to test what I say).  You can add to the power of a regular expression using submatches or capture groups.  The regular expression you wrote will grab (I think) @gmail.com for the entire game.  Let's say you want to get 'gmail' without a second function call.  You can do the first group of a little dishonest selection by moving the * inside the parentheses.  Then, on the BD pull down on the bottom of the function of regular expression matching to expose a variable number of submatches (both should be in this case).  The first should be 'gmail '.   The second one should be "com."

  In summary, @(\w*)\.) (com: net | org) should give you gmail in the first submatch.  Of course, my Perl is a little rusty and LV cannot apply in the same way.

  I would like to see what kind of officers of the IPCC, I have so I can order more license. Is it possible to see what I currently have?

  There is no way of knowing the type of license you have in ICM. You should consult the orders to know.

  With ICM and CTIOS agent licenses have no associated license file. In this case, the Agent Standard license is a single voice (without CTIOS) agent in a PBX (Avaya, Nortel,...). Premium agent is an agent who will use your desktop application with CTIOS CTI.

  Therefore, check youe in order to know what type of license you purchase. But, if you have a CIM with CTIOS deployment, you must purchase licenses award-winning agent surely.

  Never import in a current Inbox.  The Inbox must be small and not to accumulate a lot of messages, or it will self-destruct and you will lose all the messages.  Import into another folder.  You can use the method to manually import messages that is described here: www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx#imp1 method excludes duplicates, but she does not them either, except when you import a folder already having duplicates.  My OEX program (www.oehelp.com/OEX/) will also import messages from the (relatively small) dbx files and directories of eml files and has a feature that removes duplicates.

  This will remove Outlook Express from your computer.  If you use your web browser to access your e-mail, then it will not affect your ability to send.

• How a clone an Instance of Application Express without cloning the entire DB

  This can be answered elsewhere, but I was not able to find it.  I have several Application Express environments.  For the purposes of this discussion to consider only two environments.  One is a "production" environment where the ApEx is the only thing that the DB is used for.  The other is a 'Development' environment that shares its DB with another application with us.

  Be asked periodically updating of production on this database.  How can I export all the Prod Instance application express environment and replace this environment on the Dev Instance?  Are there patterns specific to export/import with Datapump?  Is there a procedure documented somewhere?

  Please let me know how to proceed...

  Hi Adam,.

  Your production applications are really made up of two major components:

  (1) the applications for the APEX and artifacts associated with (for example, images, files CSS - but I hope in the production, it would be on a Web server somewhere file system)

  (2) application data structures and data.

  To replicate the underlying database objects, you'll want to do an import/export normal DataPump.  For APEX themselves applications, you'll want to use the APEXExport command line utility to export workspace definitions and applications of APEX definitions, then import the latter in dev.

  PS You can think of, you can simply do a DataPump of the APEX (e.g. APEX_040200) schema export, but that does not work when you try to import it.  There are access privileges, subsidies on system objects and a handful of objects in the SYS schema, which would not have been around when you tried to do.  Your best bet, as stated, is to use APEXExport of the workspaces and applications.

  What would be the best way to generate a sound notification as a phone ring when a caller is placed in a queue and may repeat this notification so many minutes has elapsed and no one took the call?

  I thought to use 'Place a call' in the IVR with in the script of the queue, but I was not able to do the script to call on the phone. If I used the redirect a call I can but then the call is finished.

  'Call up' step is going to be your best option here. Basically, as soon as the call is waiting to use the stage of appeal place to put the call out to this phone (make sure that the phone is not forwarded to voicemail or whatever it is of course). Then, the tail for example calling for 60 seconds. A sample is attached. I don't know why the appeal of place not worked for you before.

  Once a call is on hold, how to configure route after a certain period of time? For example, management wants the call to route to a grouping of different positions, after that the appellant was in the queue after 60 seconds. I tried different formulas in the "examine if" "queue to the skills group" node, but I cannot understand what works.

  You may be able to do the IVR script that plays to help the user in the queue.

  say that the user is in the queue, they here the IVR message "all agents busy, please hold." You can configure the IVR script to play the message for 30 seconds, say.

  After 30 seconds, you could have the IVR script to set a variable, IE: user_QXFER or even a peripheralVariable. (the ivr script must be interuptible)

  an 'IF' node after the 'successTerminal' of the node "run external script" could be used to check the variable. If user_QXFER is set to true, for example, you could have the script ICM send the call to a different node LAA/skillGroup or queueToSkillGroup.

• Adding another script worm IPCC Enterprise 4.6

  I broke the script live today so I ask before I try again.

  I have a script called CC_Main_V5. When I use Explorer to scripts, I can see the different versions of the script and say which one is the active version. I want to make a copy of the current version to begin programming of a newer version of it.

  I tried this way 1 and broke it - I opened the version active, makes a change in the script, chose save as and used the same name script (CC_Main_V5) but not checked the box that States make the active script on save. I thought that this would add another version in the script editor I could modify and play with.

  What's happened is that the active script became CC_Main_V4. It is a totally different script name, don't know why it turned on instead of a different version of the CC_Main_V5 script.

  So my question: how to make a copy of the script CC_Main_V5 which will apper in the Script Explorer when I develop the CC_Main_V5. I want to be able to switch between life and my test.

  When you're in the script editor and you go to edit a script, it automatically increases the 'version' one meter.

  (as indicated on the bar at the top of the page windows check this just open a script in the 'Browse' mode. then click on the "Edit" button to put the script in Ed. mode version should have a better by one of what appeared to be the version in browse mode.)

  You should see something like the following in the top bar of the window:

  IE: Script Editor [CC_Script {all customers}.013 [live Version] [Browse]]

  (this script is called CC_Script and is the version.013 and is in navigation mode)

  When you switch to edit mode, you should see something like the following:

  Script editor [CC_Script {all customers}.014 [live Version] [edit]]

  (this script is still named CC_Script and is now the version.014 and is in edit mode)

• IPCC Enterprise - Server Cti failover: scenario

  Hi, I have a duplex scales environment (loggerA, routerA, PG1A, CG1A and CTIOSServerA)

  B-side: (loggerB, routerB, PG1B, CG1B and CTIOSServerB)

  AW, Distributor and HDS are on a stand-alone server.

  I tried the script to fail in the next and both CTIServer (CG1A and CG1B) did not CTIOSServer (AorB) to connect (based on the scenario of Services running).

  My failover of the scenario:

  -On the scales I m running services: LoggerA, RouterA, PG1A, and CTIOSA

  -On the b-side: I m running only the services of CG1B

  All Ports or IP are well done I m wondering if the failover scenario is supported, because until the PG1B has not elapsed the CG1B does not CTIOSA you want to connect.

  Concerning

  The system is designed such that one side of the CG A and B aren't only for the PG on his own side. The current process of mutual FUNDS on the PG will not support 2 servers CTI pointing to it to any side. CTI servers can be independent active on the side of the PIM is enabled when the two CSPs are online.

  So in your example, you must add mutual FUND and PIM next B in order to make it able to communcate with PIM on the a-side.
