iPhone 5 c data connection problems

I have a 5 c iPhone running iOS 9.3.1. I can't connect to a data connection. I have 3G and LTE on and off homelessness. I was not able to connect to a given since iOS 8.x.x connectio. When I enabled cellular data, it said 3 G in the top left corner and finally changes to 1 x. If I try to load a website in Safari, I get a pop up that say 'impossible to connect to the Internet' or 'a cellular connection is not currently permitted. I had to have my SIM card fixed, so my operator gave me a replacement phone, and the upper left corner says LTE when I turned on a data connection and it worked by the fine.

What do you mean that you need to get your SIM card fixed? It sounds like one of two things that cause you problems, either there is a problem with your SIM, or you need to troubleshoot your phone. Have what troubleshooting you tried? You don't list everything, and if you suffer from this problem since iOS 8, I would ask why you do not have the home phone? Who provides a service for your device, Apple, an Apple authorized service provider or your carrier?

I recently purchased the Lenovo K3 Note from the sale online in India.

I am currently about homelessness on the Vodafone network and I am facing problems using the data connection (3 G) on the phone.

I can use internet without any problem the WiFi but I can't connect to the internet using my active data connection (3G), even though I have an active data plan. I tried to download the internet settings of my network provider, but they do not seem to recognize this device / do not provide automatic internet settings for the K3 Lenovo's Note.

Contact your service provider to restore the internet connections.

Ask them specifically for the APN settings

(Settings > mobile networks > access point names > name for example: OPTUS YES INTERNET)

    APN - yesinternet;

    Type AFN - by default,

    SUPL; Proxy - undefined... etc)

    Turn ON the phone

    Data roaming should be on

Cellular data must be turned on

  • Clock of endurance causing data connection problems

I use my Z5 Compact with all the options under Mode endurance running, however, I have noticed pick up my phone to use, the data connection is not available immediately, instead I have to wait for about 10 seconds before I can use any data.

I have been trying to isolate the issue here and it seems that as long as I've got stamina clock disabled, all right. I only noticed this since the recent update of the firmware, but not sure that this is the cause.

    Everyone knows about this problem?

When the clock of endurance is activated, there could be a delay for the data connection. It is planned to fix in the next update of software.

  • BlackBerry classic classic BlackBerry 4G data connection problem

    Hello people,

I just bought the classic BB, and I must say that it is a great device (much better then the Android I had before).

I have only 1 problem. Standard (T-Mobile) connection is 4G. This means:

    (1) I can use the phone to make calls

    (2) it can send and receive data

The problem I have is that several times a day he spends in 4g, which means that I can call only, but the transfer of data is no longer possible.

I can solve it by going to "network settings", search for the connection, and then click 4G.

Maybe the connection is lost sometimes, which is causing the problem, but I don't know why he is not automatically pick the best connection.

    Anyone else have this problem?

    It's pretty boring.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Walk

I know its been a while!

In fact, I found a solution to this problem.

It was something to do with conflict with the WIFI. I turned off the wifi and the data connection back, then turn on the wifi when necessary.

I have an unlimited plan now is not a problem, but nevertheless a faff!

Maybe a WiFi Assist. On the devices go to settings > cellular > scroll all the way down > Wi - Fi help > Toggle Off. See if that helps.

  • It's silly. Only tell me that since I don't have a data plan I can't receive texts to other iphones until I am connected to a wi - fi network?

Got a new iPhone, but I don't have a data plan.  Another text of iPhone users I who sends as a default imessage. Since I don't have a data plan which means that I can not receive the text message until I connect to a wi - fi network, because the message being sent is an imessage and not an SMS! It's ridiculous, Apple. How to do this without having to buy a data plan?

Either disable iMessage or get a data plan. No media support allows the use of an iPhone without a data plan.

It is a smart phone. It is designed to be constantly connected to the Internet. If this isn't what you want, then get an iPod Touch and a silent phone instead.

  • WRT54G - iPhone 4 WiFi connection problem

    Hello

I am currently using WRT54G with the last firmware v8.00.8. Wireless settings are:

    Wireless SSID Broadcast: disabled

    Type of security: WPA2 Personal

When I try to connect to a network with that I specified in my router on my iPhone (v 4.3.2) correct the type of security (WPA2) and password, it seems to work very well based on signal showing next to the operator network with 2-3 bars but when I try to surf Safari it says page cannot be loaded... I use 2 laptops at home and they both work fine via Ethernet and Wi - Fi.

I also checked the ip address, subnet mask, router address, DNS, etc. on my iPhone 4... they are all set up as my Macbook Air, one I use a Wi - Fi connection to connect to the internet without any problem...

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks in advance.

  • iPhone will not stay connected to the internet?

    * Posted on MacRumors forums but no answers *.

So basically since a few days my phone sometimes don't remain not connected to the internet network of BT-Hub3. I connect to it and then sometimes, it will stay connected for a minute for a few seconds and then disconnect. When I go to the wifi thing it seems available to connect to. After a couple of times that to happen, it will say wrong password (this is the password) and disconnect me and then I have to type the password. Repeat to infinity. It's honestly so frustrating.

Sometimes it will stay and be fine but his is happened twice in the last few days and never happened before with any phone I've had.

I try my phone with my BT-Hub4 internet network and it will stay connected. The only problem with this is that the internet is further (bottom), so has a low connection that does not charge anything unless I lean on my bed.

Initially, I assumed my internet pick, but I'm typing this I am connected to the network BT-Hub3 without disconnect him, even once.

I had the phone for a year and 2 months (previous owner had since October/November/December in the year of release) and recently got a replacement of the unofficial battery if this of any help. I also still have my phone on the low power mode. The phone always properly connect to the BT-Hub3 network even with unofficial battery and low power however mode.

I had several other problems with the phone (camera, apps download not heat no reason apparent, random battery drains despite the new battery in just 3 months and has the same problem with the battery, slow Touch ID that apparently is not normal), which most recently happened.

I had all the settings to reset a week or two ago but surely if who messed with my settings internet I would have had the internet issue earlier? Not sure if I should try to reset the network settings. I hate this and only do if I need to.

One last note, I have the latest version of iOS so ignore saying his 9.3.2 on

    Hi pinkdolphins0400,

Thanks for posting in the communities of Support from Apple! I understand that you are having problems with your iPhone does not stay connected to your internet connection at home. I use my home Wi - Fi network to stay connected, so I use all the cell data, if I can understand wanting to make sure that you are able to stay in touch. I am pleased to provide you with a few suggestions for you.

The first thing I recommend you do is follow the steps described in the following article. It seems that you have already experienced some of these steps, but I want to be sure that you have covered everything.

If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch connects to a Wi - Fi network

Since you mentioned that your iPhone will stay connected to your network to another, you can take a look at the network settings for the one that you are having problems staying connected to. Article below provides information about network configurations suggested for Apple devices. You can also check with the manufacturer for your BT 3 - Hub see if there are updates that must be performed. This can cause problems with disconnects.

Recommended settings for the WiFi routers and access points

For other problems you mentioned (apps do not download, camera, battery draining, contact ID, etc.) reset settings was a big step in troubleshooting to try. If these things are always happening, I recommend making a backup of your iPhone and then restore it via iTunes. The backup will ensure that your data is saved. When you perform the restore via iTunes, you'll want to set up as a new device (temporarily), and then test it. Once you test, you can try to restore your backup. You can find all of the information below, you will need.

The backup of your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch

Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod to factory settings

  • Why my iphone is required to connect to itunes after updating wireless.

Why my iphone is required to connect to itunes after updating wireless?

    I don't have itunes and won't.

Is there anyway around of this or take it back to the old ios?

More than the upgrade of the air seems to have issues, whether all connect at the same time or other problems. I had to plug my phone into the computer, update itunes to the latest, published today, then ios upgrade 10.0.1 and it is fine now. You could bring to the apple store and probably use their computers, just don't tell the computer to trust the phone.
