  Today I bought an iPod Touch 4th generation (iOS 6.1.6) a friend.

  I'll install some applications of my "Purchased" in my iTunes account section.

  When I get Whatsapp and move a little box pops up saying: it is not supported with this iPhone.

  I got Whatsapp on older devices.

  The device is not jailbroken or what ever you call either.

  I reinstalled the software on the device but still no luck.

  Can someone please explain to me why it won't work I have to do to make it work or not. Keep in mind the likes of Spotify, Instagram etc work fine. (I just downgrade their version).

You will need to install Windows 7 or higher. VirtualBox is free and should be able to manage currently running Windows 7 and iTunes well enough to allow you to sync your music with iTunes.

  What version of iTunes you have? The most recent is 12.4.1. Try downloading this version and controlled again.

  What iOS has been used to create the backup initially? Is it possible that the backup was performed with iOS 9.x and replacement has only iOS 9.0? Check what iOS is on the replacement iPad. If this is not the last and the original device was later, then you will need to put in place the iPad like new, update of iOS, then go into settings > General > reset > erase all content and settings. Then you can restore the backup to iCloud.

  It's not you, it's us.  We no longer Flash Player for Android.

  The last working version released for Android is missing a year and a half updates security at this point, so I would strongly recommend against running to it.

  Loading side older versions of Flash Player leaves your device at a significant risk of malware infection.  Versions of Flash Player for Android are 2011 and lack of hundreds of vulnerabilities disclosed publicly at this stage.  Install an older version of Flash Player on your Android device is a very bad idea.

  The only decent option at this point for security is to use a browser based on a cloud that streams Flash content on your device, like:
