    Hello

I just bought the product, but during the installation - setup is unable to find the device on the network. Device is properly registered to the address 192.168.0.14 (with static IP address), I can see the dashboard configiration at the same address via browser and all works well with the network itself.

Try to ping the IP - it's ok. Tried to install without active firewall - also fails.

Double checked the installation process - with automatic search and provide the IP address of the printer - both failed.

Also, I rebooted the router and the switch and the computer. Is not new. I also tried downloading the last executable configuration on the site - and even once, it fails with 'device not found on the network.

Then what do I do to fix this?

    Thank you

Finally found a solution. It is strange as it may seem, but after all, it's a solution.

-Rinse your DNS and your ARP cache (see the Google if you don't know what that means)

-Reboot the router (or, where appropriate - switches)

-Change the IP address of the device on your network. Try with round numbers like (192.168.0.20)

-Restart your router (and if applicable - switches)

    -Restart your computer (s)

-Don't run the Setup again and the hoprefully you will have no errors and everything works perfectly for you

If your problem, similar to mine, persists, repeat the above process again and again... and again...

    Good luck

    Hello

Have you tried reinstalling the audio driver with the driver of one or the other of Toshiba?

In addition, it would be interesting to know what operating system you have.
There is a yellow exclamation marks in Device Manager now?

Maybe you should try to update the BIOS too. If it doesn t work it seems to be time to reinstall Windows. Maybe something messed with the registry or the system.

Could you help with this problem? Thank you.

    Hello

AFAIK this Smart Audio program has something to do with the driver audio or let's say s a part of it. So in your case, I recommend reinstalling the audio driver.

I can print on my printer without a problem, but when I tried to run Capture and scanning HP, he invited to select a device and then could not find it. I even entered the IP address and it says that no device was found.

When I ran everything in a remote printer, it says the printer status is unknown.

I have something to him printed literally just 5 minutes before.

    Thanks for any info.

    Hi @gasman00,

    Thanks for the reply.

If you want to use HP app scanning and Capture, you must upgrade to Windows 10. In addition, scan windows is also not compatible with Windows 8.1, so this will not work.

You don't need or the other of these applications to analyze these are alternative methods of analysis.

You have installed full feature software?

If you do not have the use of the software installed HP the HP printer Install Wizard. The Wizard Installer HP printer detects automatically the best print available for your HP printer driver. It is only available for Windows 7, 8 and 10. Download and run The Installation Wizard for printer a free tool from HP. When you click this link, HP printer installation wizard is downloaded using the download of your Internet browser capabilities.

Once installation is complete, try to scan using HP Scan by following the instructions from my first post.

    Hello

I have blutooth switchen on my laptop but it can not find the device that's a speaker of bush. any ideas please?

I did not have this speaker and cannot test it with my machine but the important thing is that your speaker must be in visible mode and can be detected by your laptop. Only in this case, your speakers will be ready to be paired.

See s operating manuals and do not forget that your speakers can be detected by your laptop.
When you open the Bluetooth option in Win8, you will see that BT is active and your laptop is looking for and can also be discovered by other BT devices.

  • System cannot find the file specified during the installation of the Bluetooth drivers

Hello, I have HP Envy DV6 and suddenly my bluetooth work collapsed. The on-off switch under wireless settings is inactive (64 bit of windows 8). IAM able to see the bluetooth controller in Device Manager with! Select this option. When I update its driver or try to install the drivers it says system cannot find the specified file. also I tried installation correct latest drivers of my laptop from the HP site is no help. Thank you

    Thank you.

Do not use the sp59632 or sp61795. They all have two software driver for Windows XP and Win7. Maybe that's why you got the error message. I extracted the softpaqs and took a look to see what was inside.

It is for the wrong operating system

It is also for the wrong OS

    sp58515 should work.

Since your laptop came with Windows 8, why not use the Recovery Manager to reinstall the driver?

I recommend this as the best method to use. It is a one stop shop and denies the need to search for drivers online. Your recovery manager will be the drivers for hardware that is installed in your laptop.

Invoke the charm to search for and type Recovery Manager. Click the Recovery Manager. You should see a window similar to the following image. Now, click on drivers and reinstall the Applications.

  • Audio service does not not after download of Creative, restarts, error 0 x 80070002, the system cannot find the file specified

Yesterday, I downloaded and installed updated Creative to my its Soundblaster card from Windows Update.  It lead me to a large download of Creative for its console related sound and SW, and things worked fine.  When I restarted this morning, there was a horrible loud hum while Windows was loading, and I made a hard stop.  When I rebooted, the buzz was gone, but the icon in the status bar indicates that the sound was off.  The sound message indicates that the audio service is not running.  I tried to restart the computer several times, but the results were the same.  I tried to restart the audio service of the Task Manager, but got an error message 0 x 80070002, the system cannot find the file specified.  Where should I go from here?

    Hi Jfklinger,

This problem occurs because some legacy applications use files or components that were developed prior to Windows Vista. The names of these audio components may be different in Windows Vista. If the calling application uses the hard-coded file names, the new files and components could not be found.

To resolve this problem, use one of the following methods to change the audio settings for a device.

Method 1: use the order Volume of Windows

To use the Volume of Windows command to change the audio settings for a device, follow these steps:

1.right - click on the speaker icon in the notification area, and then click devices recording or reading.
    2. double-click - click the device for which you want to set the parameters. For example, double-click on Microphone.
    3. click on the levels tab.
    4. move the cursor upwards or downwards to set the desired volume level, and then click OK.

    Method 2: use Control Panel

For control panel allows you to change the audio settings for a device, follow these steps:

    1. click on Start, click Control Panel, click hardware and soundand then click sound.
    2. click on the tab playback or recording .
    3. double click the device for which you want to set the parameters. For example, double-click on Microphone.
    4. click on the levels tab.
    5. move the cursor upwards or downwards to set the desired volume level, and then click OK.

You may receive an error message when you run an application that uses the recording feature or audio playback in Windows Vista

  • Bluetooth cannot find any device?

Hello. I have Inspiron 3520 with Win 7 64 bit. My Bluetooth driver is installed but cannot find any device. That is to say that I'm unable to connect to my smartphone via bluetooth. So please help me guys. Who will appreciate.

    Hi Misbah,

    Please keep us updated.

This error can also occur if you do not have an installed device driver or if you have a device driver obsolete for your Bluetooth device.

To resolve this problem, you need to install the driver for your Bluetooth device. If the unit comes with a CD or a DVD containing compatible with your version of Windows device drivers, insert the disc in the drive and follow the instructions to install the driver.

If your Bluetooth device came with a driver disk, you will need to go to the device manufacturer's Web site and download and install the latest driver for your device. To do this, visit the hardware manufacturer and browse the latest Bluetooth version for your device driver. Follow the instructions.

Please see: error: "Pilot of Bluetooth device not found" when you try to connect a bluetooth device

Hope this information is useful. Please feel free to answer in the case where you are facing in the future other problems with Windows.

    Thank you.

Whenever I try to use the Panel Audio Beats on my Pavillion DV6-6102AX it comes up with the error "cannot find the .startup file! I use Windows 7 64 bit and I also tried to reinstall the audio driver IDT, but that did not solve my problem.

    Try the following.

Open Windows Control Panel, open programs and feature, do a right click the entry for IDT Audio and choose uninstall.  Once this process is complete, restart the laptop.

I formatted and reinstalled xp to correct some problems and my multimedia audio and video vga drivers were lost. I do not have a CD with info and the Add Hardware Wizard cannot find the drivers. How can I fix it?

You may be able to download the drivers from the web site of the manufacturer of the computer.

  • Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error trying to install it. The system cannot find the specified file.

Original title: Windows encountered a problem installing the software driver for your device...

Arrrrgh!  Had a terrible time trying to get the scanner function works on my Epson Stylus CX7000F.

I get the too common but seemingly irreparable "Windows has encountered a problem installing the software driver for your device...". Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error trying to intall it. The system cannot find the file specified. "

The job of printer/copier/fax end but not go on the scanner.

I tried the 'fixes' to epson.com repeatedly with no luck.  This includes their reccomendation uninstall/install several times, trying even to this process in safe mode and clean boot the.

I ran the program to 'fix' Microsoft ATS with no luck.  It has detected the error and said that the problem has been resolved, but guess what?  No, it isn't.

I clicked on install update driver/driver from Device Manager.

I tried the work around, eliminating the "LowerFilters" of the registry.  Guess what?  You have it, no luck.

So, before I go and buy a new printer/scanner, with no guarantee that they will work.  Does anyone have another suggestion?

    I am running Vista, 32-bit.

You can also try and replace or install the ntprint.inf file.

I had a similar problem on a Windows 7 PC and noticed that this file was not present.  I just copied the file from a different PC Win7.  The printer, I tried to install was a Brother MFC-J410w.

The file can be found here C:\Windows\inf

    Hope this helps someone.

  • Beats Audio cannot find the boot file?

So, today, out of the blue, Beats Audio has stopped working.

I didn't make any changes whatsoever still Beats Audio suddenly stopped working.

IE error message "cannot find the file .startup!.»

Is there a solution that does not uninstall the sound drivers? I have bad experiences with uninstall drivers and I don't want to risk losing the audio from my laptop.

    Hello

Interface audio beats is part of the package IDT audio software, so if there is missing a definition file, you will have to reinstall.

Try to use Recovery Manager to reinstall your original software from IDT - the procedure to use the Recovery Manager to reinstall the drivers and software is detailed in the document in question on the link below.

    Recovery Manager - Windows 8.

    Recovery Manager - Windows 7

When this has completed, restart the laptop.

If the above is not correct the problem, after return with the following details.

    1. the full model number and your cell phone Nr - see here for a guide to the location of such information.

2 the full version of the operating system that you use (IE Windows 7 64-bit).

  • Cannot find the specified device, path, or file. May not be the appropriate permissions for access you.

    Hey everybody,

I was running Windows vista professional for more than 2 years yesterday, I formatted my hard drive and reinstalled vista prof. (entirely new, different CD key). Everything works very well excenp for one thing - I had saved some of the programs and files on my external hardrive before formatting my laptop. Now, when I try to access these files I get the following msg-"cannot find the specified device, path, or file." You don't have permission to access them. ".
I am logged in as administrator.

Help, please. I reallly need the files.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hey Jihirshu,

    It looks like permissions.

Try this on one of the files on the disk to see if it allows you to copy the files.

1 right click on the file, then select Properties
    2. click on the Security tab
    3. click on change, in the name box, type "Everyone".
    4. in the boxes next to the permissions below, put 'Total control' for everyone
    5. click OK, and then close the dialog boxes
    6. try to copy the file that you just modified.

If the works above, you must change the permissions on all the files you want to copy.  Normally, you can just highlight all the and follow the steps above to change the permissions on all files at the same time.

I hope this helps if you find my answer was what you are looking for, please do not forget to click on the box "mark as answer" below!
