  I see that you are having problems with your iPhone dropping calls. Take a look at the following article to get suggestions to try for that matter. Some steps are not applicable to your particular issue, as turn airplane mode on/off or check the settings for do not disturb. Most of the others are, like updates, removal/reinsert the SIM and communicating with the carrier.

  Apple technical support told me that I have two options: 1. get my Apple ID and somehow still connect to the existing iCloud account, and I would use the new Apple ID when I connect to FaceTime and iMessage for allowing me to use FaceTime and iMessage on my phone and do not receive the history of my wife's phone calls. 2. on my phone off iCloud sign, sign out of FaceTime and log iMessage so that I don't get my wife story iPhone and vice versa.  Way to go Apple!

  And before the obnoxious ask, Yes, on both phones we have disabled transfer; on both phones, we don't just list the phone number for that particular phone for iMessage (send and receive), but below the selected phone number e-mail address for the AppleID is also listed but w / 'active' not next to the email address we cannot erase or delete the email address from a phone without getting a warning "is no longer can receive iMessage to the 'xyz.net" on all devices "-we have an iPad Mini that my wife sometimes used for FaceTime, so we have to be able to use the email address on this device (the mini has currently FaceTime or iMessage selected or put in operation and only uses the AppleID address e-mail to join to the); FaceTime - I turned it off on my phone (so I can't use FaceTime); Families lists only members enamel of the AppleID and no other e-mail address or by telephone etc are listed (I still don't know how the family share works except it is somehow w / 'purchases'); iCloud unit is running (on both phones I think)

  I got w / Apple software that's supposed to do 'just' and not work.  Every iOS update removes, modifies or installs a limitation or feature that live until I had in place (and updated change settings I need to look after that things are twisted). The "Apple way" isn't often the 'client' way these days.

  STOP sharing an iCloud account. They are NOT intended to share. If you insist to do, then you will have to face the consequences.

  The problem that I am running is that when on a call FaceTime Audio, regularly call FaceTime or a regular phone call, my microphone seems to be cutting out and sounding very scrambled according to several appellants, when a speaker. They say I look fine and clear when not using the speakerphone, but the moment I switch to speaker mode on any type of call, by default for FaceTime, callers are immediately reporting that I'm cut in and out, and when I'm not cut I garbled sound. I don't have this problem when I was running iOS 10.0.1 on my iPhone 6 before I updated, so I'm assuming that it is a hardware problem with my new iPhone 7.

  I'm having the same problem only the exact opposite. Callers can hear me well on speaker, but not on phone normal ear mode. I tried with case and without breakage. Question has been lived with more than one caller.

  Try resetting your device. This will not erase your data stored on that device.

  • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
  • Press and hold the Home button
  • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.

  Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings

  If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.

  As a final step, try recovery mode. Turn off your unit, then plug it to your computer with the hold home button. Hold down Home button until you see the logo of iTunes on the screen of your device.   You are both sharing the same Apple ID? If one of you should obtain and use a different ID to Apple. Apple ID are not intended to be shared between different users.

  You can then share apps, etc. by using the share of the family.

  SUSE, you can use it while connected and in this way when you unplug to get somewhere, you know you will have a fully updated beautiful upgraded battery.

  Just don't leave it plugged constantly all the time — weeks or months.  A battery lithium needs periodically some running through it.  But certainly leave it plugged during the day of the company while using it, or even just for long calls will do no harm.

  Battery life is determined by the cycles, so if this reduces the rate of your phone through equivalent full charge and discharge cycles it can not hurt self-help (depending on how you use it, it cannot help battery life much either, but it probably won't hurt it).

  I see that you have already tried to restart your iPhone and the relocation of the SIM card, but the issue continues. To continue troubleshooting, there are a few steps, I recommend you.

  First, close the phone completely application.

  Force an app to close iOS - Apple Support

  Once the phone has been closed, restart your iPhone again, as you did previously.

  Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch - Apple Support

• The phones call log smart blackBerry on each icon

  On my "BOLD", icons from time to another stop functioning and only will pull up the call log.  Send icons, browser icons, application icons, etc., does not work and will instead pull up the call log.  Menus will stop working as well; the menu key works and it opens a menu, but I can't choose any menu item. the button disconnect on the phone also stops working.

  Last update: I took it in, and (very smart) thought that the problem was probably linked to the trackball.  Pressing the trackball made the device behaves as if the send key was pressed instead, a hardware error.  Swap warranty - my fourth in a month.
