  With everyone I upgraded my 6 + iOS 10 yesterday. Now my phones screen wakes up is no longer to view alerts.   I contacted Apple Support via Chat, but has been disconnected mi cat and could not reconnect. I reset all the settings and re-setup of all parameters. Same behavior, alerts come through its just that no more wake on receipt of these alerts (from any application) of the screen. DND is not lit.

  Any thoughts? My next step will be to become a complete set of backup and wipe and restore. Don't know how else to proceed.

  I have the same problem too, but I'm not able to view it's to show that I am not allowed to post.

  But would like to stress this issue because it is a major problem.

  I updated my iphone 5 (unlocked) but since after MY iphone 5 s is not to wake up when there is a call... the phone rings but the screen remains black. You can't even see who called and cannot take the call at all.  Please urgently update and attach it to the emergency.
