  Reset the printing system:

  -Go to System Preferences > print & Scan
  -Right (or control) click in the rectangle listing your printers and select Reset Printing System.
  WARNING - This will remove ALL your printers!
  -Select the sign more to add a printer. Select the default tab on the top of the window. Search for the printer, select it, and wait until the button 'Add' becomes available. Until it clicks.

  Very frustrated right now. Given that Apple's Support is not in contact with return despite requests, the story will go here. I have Windows 10, iPhone 6 + and iPad Air 2. Last weekend I was invited to and did pass to iTunes 12.5.1.21. Plugged my iPhone 6 +. Not recognized by iTunes; 'sync' gray. Tried the same thing with my iPad 2 Air. Same result. I get no error message.  Here are my troubleshooting - what I'm missing, Apple?

  1. Lightning card Checked, works fine with other devices.
  2. Rebooted PC.
  3. Rebooted IPhone.
  4. Restarted iPad Air 2.
  5. I've tried different start up sequences (start iTunes connect manually; first)
  6. Went to 'Upgrade device via Device Manager' - these devices are working properly.
  7. Updated my iPhone and iPad 2 air for iOS 10 successfully.
  8. Apple email support; 48 hours later they gave me another email address for contact.
  9. Chose the Contact Apple Support via phone option - screen "we will call you - your phone will ring at any time.  Still waiting for the phone to ring.
  10. From Discussions on Apple's site with troubleshooting tips, have tried all suggestions with no luck - If iTunes does not recognize your iPhone, iPad or iPod - Apple Support.
  11. I even opened and closed the blinds completely throughout my house to see if that would help.  Go figure.
  12. The last resort on them, says "Contact Apple support" - see #9 above.  Twice.

  Apple-Support - What should I do at this point?  I'm all ears, and Android is looking better and better during my next upgrade.

  Happy to report that I finally found a position that has fixed this. Someone has to give Community contributor turingtest2 a price, they had an incredible post in communities that have corrected my problem.  See below for the excellent suggestions.

• Satellie Pro A120 - network adapter wireless not recognized by any operating system

  I have a satellite Pro A120 (I bought two - it's a long story!)

  A month ago, I replaced the battery as life batt had fallen to 30 minutes. As a result, there were major problems with windows and toshiba software compete on power management and the long and short it wasn't that XP needed to be reinstalled.

  However, due to the relocation, the wireless card is not recognized. It is not the card, I swapped it out of the computer and it works fine in my other A120. If anyone has any ideas as to why it would not be recognized and that I could do to remedy the situation?

  I have installed and reinstalled Itunes several times to no vail.

  My iphone 4 is useless now! Whose to blame Microsoft or Apple?

  Thanks for the reply with the status of the issue.

  It seems to be a problem with iTunes not with Windows. I suggest you try reinstalling iTunes and check if it helps. If the problem still persists, then try to install iTunes in Windows 7 compatibility mode and check if it works for you.

  Refer to the procedure described in article Microsoft Help that I provided in my previous reply to install iTunes in compatibility mode.

  I see around there is a problem with the 64-bit operating system, but my computer is running 32-bit and therefore does not apply to my question.

  Thank you all for your suggestions, thought I can't really understand why everyone talk about the 64-bit thing when I clearly stated from the beginning that I know that the question and my mac runs in 32-bit.

  Anyway, I actually discovered the question and it really sound ridiculous, get ready!

  I used a spare cable micro usb comes with a car charger, I bought separately for my bb: well it seems that the cable alone give power... they probably just deleted the data lines, guess to save a few cents of copper...

  Well that was it, just hope it can be useful to someone.

• My Iphone 5 c is not connect to any wifi after update ISO9, I only downloaded it 12/01/2015.

  After downloading the latest IOS 9.1 12/01/15, my phone can't conenct to my University, not even comments wifi wifi as it says 'unable to connect '.

  I tried all the option shown so far, restoring phone (unfortunately I can't restore before this date that my phone has since on my itunes and icloud), reset the network settings and reset the entire phone to factory settings.

  All wifi available are visible, whether they say cannot connect user name or incorrect password when I know that it correct.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi all

  So I restored my iPhone from a backup, but found that none of my apps were download, they were just stuck on "waiting" for 2 hours.

  I then set the phone like new in hopes of then comes to be able to download new applications. However has no too.

  I found that the app store in general not really works correctly with any of the images to load and it takes ages to search for stuff. It's a little weird, because my internet is perfectly fine on my MAC is close.

  Any thoughts?

  Try resetting the network settings on the phone. Settings > general > reset > reset network settings. You will have to re-enter your WiFi password.

  I've seen situations where my two Macs and my iPhone would connect to the internet but my iPad would not. Restart my router, restart the device or reset the network settings would get back on track.

  The USB is damaged. Throw it out.
