  No, Shawns response suggested to go to the C:\users\myname\contacts file and delete it from there. I had tried before when I tried to locate the list of contacts somewhere outside Mail (sorry I forgot to mention that). But the contacts Vista file did not show this 'hidden contact' either. But further down the page, I found an answer to a similar problem. Gary van in reply to "re: delete contacts autocomplété" gave this link.

  This leads to a file called winmailmru.zip. This tool allowed me to bring up a window showing ALL the contacts which it previously 'hidden', with options to remove them. I selected and deleted. Problem solved.
   
  But I still wonder: where was hiding the contact "hidden"? If it wasn't not in Contacts of Vista directory where Mail was from?  How this winmailmru.exe utility it found? It is also strange that the contact in question seems to have the ability to bypass the selection popup box that shows generally all other contacts beginning with the letter typed and force his way into the 'To' box, excluding the possibility of chooseing another contact. I am happy that my immediate problem is solved, but I wonder if the ability of a person sending a mail to 'hide' a normal contact and overide process in Mail is a security problem or just a nuisence?   Hidden text is the collection of glyphs in the PDF page using the text rendering mode 3 (no terms, no fill).

  Any link annotation placed in a PDF file are the same as any other annotation link (with the exception, of course, of whatever Action the link happens to).

  Thus, no special sauce for the links that were placed in conjunction with now deleted "no hidden text.

  In the context of what you wrote, maybe it's you select - Ctrl + click the link annotations of interest and press the delete key.

Pressing just sends me to the update page. When I try to update, it stifles upward and gives the message "domain name Analyzer failed to download. Use the shopping page to try again". Sure. I could continue to do this for hours and it won't change a thing. I sent Softnik on my dilemma, but they have ignored me until now. I doubt they have a solution.

  If the Mac App Store has not see the apps it would not offer updates. Verify that the applications are not on a connected drive or a partition mounted.

  I assume that you are not talking about Swype since it's a keyboard app not a SMS application.  You want to disable the native SMS application notifications.  To do this simply open the app drawer and-> tap Text Messaging-> Menu-> messaging settings uncheck the box Notifications.  Who should turn off 2nd notifications, that you found that app and you should now only get messages from the text app to use.  To ensure that notifications is enabled in the application of the text you use.  I hope this helps.

  The tiles are usually all shortcuts. You can do a right click, select the location of the file open and remove the shortcut.

  Of course, make sure that you delete is a shortcut.

  I have not seen a .dll file on the applications page.
