  I used iTunes for many years and even started posting comments from music, I bought or heard on iTunes.  But recently, I took a peek at the video for the song First Day of My Life.  He showed 46 sides with both sides of a star.  I always look at the ranking lowest to help me decide if I'm going to buy something, then I tried to see these.  I've sorted by most critical, which showed mainly rating 5 stars and 3 stars:

  

  Note the above review, which should be the lowest rating is 3 stars, despite the table which shows both sides of 1 star.  The list shows 21 comments.  Then I've sorted by most Favorable and has virtually the same 21 customers (I checked by title and name of the poster review).  I have a screenshot of that too, but don't post it unless someone wants to see it.  Interesting note, support option window is not, in fact, enter the entire window, just the visible part (windows tools capture the entire window).

  What happens here?  Have noticed this a few more times in the last, I don't think much up to what has happened on several occasions.  I can't ignore that.  If I can't see the notes below, how can I make decisions about my purchases?  It is the manipulation of markets.  I used for most Macs since about 1985 and want to be a happy Apple/Mac user forever, but this and a few other recent questions shake my determination.  Why ratings showing the penalty and informing users on the indices of weak if we cannot see?  What is Apple trying to hide?  Grrrrrrrrrrrr.

  If you see no comments of a star, then it's because the person has a noted, they have not left a verbose test of why they evaluated only it one star (and even 2, 3, 4, 5 star votes might not have comments) - people do not have to fill in the text area of the control, they can use rates of an element

  That is right. The requires iTunes 12.3.3 and in order to get it, you will need to update OS X to El Capitan. That's how Apple has created for better or worse, I'm sorry.

  When I create a playlist on my iPhone, it does not show in iTunes. Playlists, I create in iTunes and transfer on my iPhone appear in iTunes and my iPhone, but new songs that I have added to these playlists via my iPhone do not appear when I connect my iPhone to iTunes.

  What exactly do you mean by "do not accept" more?  This error message you get?  Are you the owner of the ORIGINAL of the phone or did you buy it used?  If it is a second hand phone, you could have operated in the lock of activation:

  You did that mobile data is turned on in the settings/phone/cell data?
