  I solved the problem. Google sent me a notice saying that my access had been blocked, as an unknown user attempted to open a session. When I open the notification, google suggested I have reduce my safety if I want non-secure apps to access. So, I allowed. Then I added calendar, entered my password, that is.

  OK, I have had my new droid last fall, connected my calendar and everything was hunky dory.

  All of a sudden, I can't sync my calendar Outlook via Google calendar with my droid.  When I click 'sync' in the google calendar application, I receive the error message stated in my title.

  I've deleted and reinstalled google; spent a LOT of time searching for an answer, but I'm not getting anywhere.  When I open Outlook it will appropriate online and retrieves the mail... cannot connect for some reason backwards any.  Someone at - it ideas?

• The colors for my Google calendar disappeared. I can see with Safari and Chrome, but not with Firefox.

  Firefox fits pretty well most of the themes of Windows 7, but in some cases, there may be glitches, particularly with the themes "high contrast".

  You are allowing Web sites to specify their colors or their substitution? This is a setting that you can change in the Options.

  Click on the 'Colors' button and make sure that the box is checked for "allow pages to choose their own colors".

  Hello, newbie here.  I did a little routine to take an identification number entered by the user (usually 4 digits, but not exclusively as such) and structure of the event allows you to add an alpha prefix and this year as a suffix, and then displays the new string.  I'm trying to get a handle on works the structure of the event, as well as text, strings and date functions.  It works as it is, but I have to run the event twice to get the right result.  Any suggestions or explanations are really appreciated.

  PS I also noticed that the string functions and the text don't work in the same way.  The control of the chain added whenever I entered a new identification number and didn't all of its contents to the CONCATENATE node would be out and I couldn't find a way to limit it to the current entry.   The text control gives me what I want, but it appears in my 'Express', not classic or modern menu, which seems to have their own advantages in different situations of the screen formatting, etc.   I guess I could build another function to extract the desired part but that seems like overkill.  Any tips?

  That does what you want it to do?

  You must have control of the string to be read inside the a case for event.

  When you run your VI he read control of the chain before he expected in the case of the event. So if you do not enter the chain before you click on the arrow to run, you will not get the correct string. Then when you run the 2nd time the chain is already in control of the chain so he can read it.

  Bob, there are two calendar applications I used that work very well with Google Calendar and are very customizable.  There is "Calendar Pad" (and the version of tax 'Calendar Pad Pro') and my favorite, "Jorte" (free).  The two have several great widgets that display your calendar on a home screen.  Both will use the colors of your Google Calendar, or you can choose your own.  "Jorte" integrates even with Google tasks.  Good luck.  -MarkC

  If you use Google as your calendar server, but using calendar as your interface applications, I think that you create the event in the calendar on your phone or calendar on your Mac. Is this correct? Make sure you have your Gmail account on your iPhone instead of Manuel Fetch.

  So I keep a Google calendar so I can access my journal of my phone (android) and my laptop (via lightning add-on from Thunderbird). After some difficulties with my android app (that I solved), it seems today I managed to banjax Lightning: I can view my calendars very well on my phone and in a browser on the site Google.com/Calendar, but the lightning on my Thunderbird tab remains empty (almost entirely).

  I tried to remove and reinstall/reapply the individual calendars themselves (there are three, a staff, two wildcard 'holiday in [country]' and "Week numbers") of lightning, as well as the two add-on Lightning the himself (v. 2.6.6) and the other "provider for Google Calendar" (version 1.0.3) you will need to make lightning plays well with Google.

  The calendars are displayed in the left of the lightning pane, if you can see * something *, but it does not display the individual events - the real calendar in the center of the screen remains stubbornly empty.

  Creation of new events 'test' in my browser (or my phone) is not a problem, but they do not appear in lightning, nor my pre-existing events. * New * events created in lightning, however, will appear in my browser if I press the "sync" button in Thunderbird and can be successfully edited and removed from the browser.

  OK, got it solved... but I don't know why.

  I tried updates (for Thunderbird, Lightning, the provider for Google Calendar, call you) yesterday when it first happened, but it seemed that everything was up to date. First thing this morning, an update for Thunderbird itself was available - installation (to 31.3.0) invite to an update of the lightning (at paragraph 3.3.1), although the provider of Google is always v. 1.0.3.

  Once the updates have been made, I disabled the provider, subscribed to my calendars and resubscribed... and found my events. Everything works as it should now.

  Hope this helps someone in the same situation, in that I was!

  CalDAV is the way to go, it's better than XML in my opinion as well.

• Thunderbird guard sync Google calendar all day and each time it slows down.

  Every hour so Thunderbird sync Google Calendar, there are nearly 1000 events, so it takes a while. Meanwhile, Thunderbird get stuck. I have to wait for it to be ready before I can continue.

  One of my friends shared a Google calendar with me and he does not appear in the calendar application. I added a Google calendar in the app and my own looks great. Added by Google calendars is the number of week and holidays. The only calendar that seems to be missing is my friends. The web interface for Google Calendar shows that my friends calendar so sharing seems to be configured correctly. I guess I could set up my friends like s iCal calendar, but it seems that I shouldn't need to do really.

  I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with the visibility of the shared calendars in your Firefox OS calendar application.

  I did some tests on different versions of Firefox OS and was able to reproduce the same behavior. I opened a ticket #1085084 bugzilla to track this issue.

  In the meantime, if possible, the event creator can give yourself permissions to schedule special to "make changes AND manage sharing." In my tests, this permission enabled me to see the events in the calendar of Firefox OS app.

  I'm sorry that I wasn't able to find a solution better, more stable, but I hope you find this information useful.
