iPhone do not download to iCloud!

Hi, I just discovered that Photos I take with my iPhone are not uploaded on my iCloud page, despite all my devices properly implemented.

For example, the only way I could get a few screenshots, explaining my problem for my Lap Top, shown below, has been send to myself!.

I also pay 79pp per month to subscribe to a 50 gb Web space in my iCloud, then space is certainly NOT a problem.

  • iPhone does not backup on iCloud despite the library on

My iPhone is not backup, despite the option is on. He used to work very well with my iPhone 6 and Macboo pro. Now when I get the pictures on my laptop I don't see the new photos.

Please check that your device is correctly connected to the wireless internet (settings > wifi) and is plugged into a power source, check also that you have enough space in iCloud for your back upward.

You can check the space available in settings > iCloud > storage and the space needed for the next backup to the settings > iCloud > storage > Storage manage > backups > appliance > Back Up Options > next backup size (wait for the spinning until the gear icon).

Assuming that you are eligible for iCloud upward, you should try a forced first stop, hold down the buttons side in top and home together until the unit stops, then restart by pressing the side/up button.

Then, try to connect the device to a new location (different WiFi network)

If your backup continues to fail, you can try to disable the backup on your mobile device (settings > iCloud > backup), reboot the device and then turn on BackUp on new.

If this help not disable backup again, remove your existing back to the top of settings > iCloud > storage > Storage manage > backup > this device (scroll down) > delete backup, restart the device and then turn on BackUp.

If you are unable to make a return to the top, try to connect on iCloud (settings > iCloud (scroll down) > Sign Out (you will need to enter your password at this point), restart the device and sign in iCloud to settings > iCloud.)

The next thing to try would be to restore your network settings. (Settings > general > reset > reset network settings)

Reset your network settings will erase your cell phones and wireless network settings, including saved networks, passwords for wifi and VPN settings, that you can use. It will affect to the Internet but will not be an impact on telephone services because these settings are automatically configured by your carrier. It may take a few moments to enter again all your network settings, but it shouldn't cause you any major problems. If you are comfortable re - enter your network settings, you can try this step earlier in the troubleshooting procedure, i.e. after the forced shutdown suggested above.

If this does not help, try to disable some elements for the back upward in a model to try to establish if your problem is caused by specific data on your device. You can do with settings > iCloud > storage > storage management > backup > appliance > Back Up Options.

If you are still not able to perform a backup from iCloud, you can try to restore your phone which you should do by making an iTunes backup via your computer and restore from that.

Be able to go back to the cloud can be very useful, especially if you have access to a computer or rarely have access to one, however unless you need specifically to use iCloud to go back, you'll find a backup on iTunes much more convenient and possibly more reliable. However if you save up to iTunes be sure to encrypt the back upward if you want to keep your data on health and passwords etc.

It is also like that on my iPad mini 3. I tried to download a different game from the same style, but the same thing happens. Does anyone know how to solve this problem. I tried to reset my router and it unplugging and plugging in. I also tried to disconnect my internet and connection. I also tried shuttig them off and turning their back on. Does anyone know how to solve this problem.

    Hello, Roberto5588.

Looks like you are unable to download several apps on the App Store on your iPhone 6s and your iPad Mini 3. This may be related to how these devices are connecting to the iTunes/App Store. The following Knowledge Base article offers up some great not for troubleshooting:

If you cannot connect to the iTunes Store

    Before you start

    1. Make sure that you can access the Internet on your computer or device.
    2. Make sure that your computer meets the minimum system requirementsiTunes.
    3. Make sure that your operating system is up-to-date.
Mac: In the MenuBar at the top of your computer screen, choose Apple () > software update to see if updates are available for your computer.
Windows: Go to Microsoft Windows Update Web page.

On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

If you cannot connect to the iTunes Store on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch:

    1. Make sure that your date, time, and time zone are correct. Tap Settings > general > Date & time. Time zone can list another city in your time zone.
    2. Make sure your iOS software is up-to-date. Tap Settings > General > software update to check for updates. You can also connect your iOS device to iTunes and click on search the update on the summary page of your device.
    3. Check and verify that you are in range of a Wi - Fi router or base station. If you use the cell service, make sure the cell data are lit settings > cellular. If you are connected to cellular data, large items can not download. You may need to connect to the Wi - Fi to download applications, videos and podcasts.
    4. Make sure you have an active Internet connection. Check your device Manual for Internet connectivity.
    5. Check if other devices, such as laptops, are able to connect to the network of Wi - Fi and Internet access.
    6. Reset the wireless router by turning and then again.

If there is still a problem, learn what to do if your device connects to a Wi-Fi network.

  • iPhone do not synchronize to iCloud

My iPhone calendar and reminders (iOS 9.3.2) stopped syncing with my iCloud calendar recently.  All computers and all other devices in the family fine synchronization are also.  Only my phone does not.

Settings of the calendar on my phone are always set to synch to iCloud, my iCloud password is set correctly, and (as expected) my iCloud calendar correctly reflects the content of all my other devices.

Is there a setting I'm missing or forget?

    Hello there, Richard Setterberg!

Thank you for joining the communities Support from Apple! Looks like you have a problem with your calendar synchronization only on your iPhone. I know how it is important to be sure to synchronize calendars on all devices! The first thing you might want to try reset the network settings on the iPhone by going to settings > general > reset look and then reset network settings. This update cell phones and the data connection of a WiFi with the iPhone, so make sure you have no password WiFi or VPN, you need to join these networks as they will be removed to the phone. • Icloud pictures not download

    Hi all

I was hoping that someone could help me. I called Apple, went to the genius bar, support but nothing helped.

I have a library of ~ 10,000 photos, I recently bought 200 GB of storage to download my photos.

When using the photos and I start to download, it looks like it fits well and wrote 11 000 point to download - well.

Then after some time, it is said that about 9 000 photos cannot be downloaded. I'm on el Capitan, and most (especially newer ones) photos taken with the iphone, so I guess that it cannot be a compatibility problem.

Does anyone have ideas - you are my last hope.

    Thank you

    Paul

What Apple Support advice already give you?

Then after some time, it is said that about 9 000 photos cannot be downloaded.

Where you see this message? In the Photos > Preferences > iCloud Control Panel?  Or in the photo browser?

Try to identify photos that can not download on iCloud photo library.

You can do this by creating a smart album with the rule 'Photo fails to download.

    File > new Smart Album:

If this album isn't empty, open the info for a photo Panel. And try to export it, so you can open it in another application to see if the file is corrupted.

My Photo Gallery shows on all devices (Mac, Photos of the iPhone), but not in the iCloud section Photo (browser accessed iCloud!)

Photo Mediathek is disabled on all devices.

    Is this a bug?

I deactivated and reactivated "my photo stream" on all devices without result.

No, it's not a bug. The Photos.app on www.icloud.com shows you your iCloud library. Since you don't have icloud library enabled on any device, your iCloud photo library will be empty.  My photo stream uses another part of iCloud than iCloud photo library.

  • iCloud shows my purchase downloaded as not downloaded nor on my iPhone and iTunes

Well, I swear to you that sometimes I am crazy because of the iCloud function, first of all I want to know what a little problem is that? I am on iOS 9.2.1 and 6s iPhone more and just bought an entire season to see the TV for my camera and I downloaded all the episodes and I can see my episodes on my video player, but when I check my purchased television show iTunes page it shows that of episode 1 as it is downloaded and the rest of them are ready to download once more by the iCloud bias.

I can't synchronize even (just for this purchase) expect my phone to transfer the episodes episode 1 as I said above in my PC (iTunes), the rest not synchronized and available for download via iCloud again on my PC or my iPhone. If I want to upload them to my phone it would be double file again.

I know that I know that I had confused the same as you, but what is? Do I need to download again the rest on my iTunes? I don't want to pay and lose my internet because of this unknown problem.

Is it possible to synchronize the rest of the episodes to iTunes and view it as all downloaded either iTunes TV Show tab or iTunes store page show?

Come on guys, everyone? makes me crazy as you, I know, but there should be an answer!

  • ICloud photo library is not download all of the images on my Mac or iPhone

You have "Optimize Storage" activated on your iPhone or Mac?

Have you checked, it makes the photos have been uploaded to iCloud?  Open the Photos.app to the iCloud web interface www.cloud.com and check if the pictures in question have the same problem on iCloud.

Added: I see the white rectangle with the cloud icon, every time I edit a photo. The icon turns white, until the modified version has been downloaded to iCloud and synchronized at the back.  If you are that many of these clouds icons seeng a great prt library is not yet synchronized.
