iPhone don't shuffle the songs ☹️
My iPhone 5 c don't shuffle the songs. He repeats just the same song over and over again. Any suggestions? I went to General settings but her does not work either!
You have activated repeat 1, not Shuffle.
You can change it in the playlist, or views of Now Playing.
The Shuffle button looks like this:
After that 10 updated iOS, whenever I try to sync my music, iTunes transfers just half of my library.
I don't use the Apple music... I already tried to perform a clean installation, but it does not work.
Any ideas? Thank you
Greetings Advanced User,.
I understand that when you try to synchronize your entire library of music from iPhone 6, only half of the library transferred in fact more. I listen to my music on a daily basis, so I can understand your concern. We'll see what we can do.
First of all, please exit and restart iTunes and restart the iPhone. Then I want you to do, if you have not already, should make sure that you have "Sync music" and "Entire library of music" checked when you go to sync music on your iPhone in iTunes.
Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. Have a good night.
Love that I can remove (delete) the next song in shuffle mode, but the songs I delete seem to reappear after a song or two were played. The first person I delete is skipped, but suddenly are playing songs that I know that I removed.
Is there a setting that I forgot, or is this one bug others have as well?
I also have this problem.
I get the following (to allow anyone to follow the bug):
When the music plays.
-Delete a song at random from the following list of top.
-A this time the song removed disappears and won't play in principle.
-When the current song ends and move on to the next, then the deleted song reappears in its original position.
This happens with any combination: the random mode, non-aleatoire mode, playing a playlist or songs in the phone.
So, there seems to be a clear bug in the new music app.
I have iTunes 184.108.40.206 on an iMac running 10.10.5 Yosemite. I have a strange problem where in iTunes, I double-click on a particular song, but the next time song. The next song played depends on whether or not I shuffle defined or not. If shuffle is set, the next song is random. If shuffle is not defined, then this is the next song in the album. I can double click on any other song in any list, and it will play. It's the only song that I found that will not play. Still, it climbs to the next song. I can be in a playlist. I can be in 'my music '. When I double-click on this song, always plays the next song. A strange thing happened when I was downloading this album on the iTunes store. My iMac has encountered an unexpected error and restarted itself. When I logged in, things are although had downloaded all the songs. But I'm running into this issue with this one song. This is the first song in the album. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you very much.
I understand that you have a problem with the first song on the album that you downloaded from the iTunes Store. The best way to solve the problem is to remove the song and it download on the iTunes Store. If the second attempt not only success, so I'll include a link to the iTunes Store Support team so that they could watch that particular file. Here is the information you need:
See you soon,.
It sounds like a voice of an alien on the part of the video and then the regular voice will play and then it continues at this rate and I can't get the videos work properly without the charger which sucks.
1. What is the operating system installed on your computer
2. don't you make changes before the show?
3. this happens with all or specific files?
4. have you tried to play these files in another software?
5. What is the file extension of the file that you are playing?
6. using windows media player?
Please provide more information about the problem you are experiencing in order to help you better.

Well, then it is obviously a problem with iOS 9.2, because it has not fixed the beta 9.2, and it wasn't a problem with iOS 9.1. Last night, I upgraded my iPad and my iPhone iOS 9.2. I own a pair of Beats Studio Headphones Wireless. Every time I play a piece of music from Apple, and I want songs in the middle of a song, if I don't pause, the song plays for half a second, then shuts down and disconnects from my helmet. I also noticed this problem very rarely in the iOS 9.1, but it was only music app to another app with the sound, not just in changing songs. Please help me because it's very annoying to have to turn off my helmet and again between each song. Also, sometimes it glitches and getting a continuous noise on a song and I have to reboot my device. If there is a patch for that soon it would be much appreciated.
I had the same problem. I plugged my Wireless Studio Beats and checked my firmware using Updater bat and found out there was a (2.1.8) update. After you have installed and (importantly) not matching and rematching the beats of my iPhone, Apple music was working normally again, and I was getting disconnected when changing tracks more. Hope this works for you also.
Since this update for a given title, 'CD', song or 'track' selection is no longer moves in the regular sequence, i.e.track 1 to 2 to 3 and so on. The automatic progression is random, going to randomly say 1 to 3 to 5 or 1 to 7 or 9 or 8, then sometimes back to 1, even skip a track in a title to another title, then another title. In other words totally unmanageable, without the possibility to fill in a piece of music, for example a symphony or other.
Is there a solution to this, any ideas?
I understand that iTunes seems to be unexpectedly scramble the order of albums when you try to play the songs on the album in order. In 12.5 iTunes the shuffle button appears at the top in the center of the iTunes window.
- Turn shuffle or disable: Click the shuffle button.
Shuffle is on when a grayed out box appears.
Shuffle albums or groupings: Choose commands > Shuffle > Albums (or groupings). iTunes plays the songs in the order in which they appear on the album or group, and then selects another album or grouping at random.
Shuffle the songs in an album: Click Shuffle below the album cover.
Alternatively, you can access the settings of shuffle in the command menu > shuffle.
With the new music app on IOS 10, how as you listen to all songs by an artisit without shuffle?
I prefer to listen to all the albums from an artist in the order that they were on every album (and then move on the next album, when it's done) but I can't for the life of figure me out how to make it in the new app music. Play my music like got harder and stronger with each update of the application of music over the years.
I also have the same question. You used to be able to just tap on the icon of the artist and he started playing all the songs. IOS 10 If you tap the icon, it takes you to the artist's albums and the only thing you can do is shuffle game or chose an album to play.
Does anyone have a solution to this?
When I'm in shuffle mode, my iPod will play all versions of the song of the same title, and I don't want that to happen. I don't know why it is dragging on title only. Is there a way to fix this?
Also, what are the steps to mix songs in a playlist?
I don't know why it would play all the songs of the same title, if you play in "shuffle" mode Who would you play the songs in the order list (random playback is disabled), with the songs in alphabetical order by name of the song.
For random playback of the songs on a playlist, go to the settings on the iPod screen. There is a setting for Shuffle; Set it to the songs. Select the playlist on the iPod screen, without going into the playlist. Press the Play/Pause button. OR you can go in the playlist and select the first song to be played; the following songs will be mixed.
IPhone 6 s plays the same song. I saw old post about the colors white and blue, but I can't find how to do this. When I hit shuffle just randomly he takes up a new song. What I am doing wrong?
If I understand your question, you have a list of songs (a playlist?) that you want to read in order, but one of your songs repeats instead. Is this fair?
Take a look at the resource below to get instructions on how to use the new music on your iPhone app. If you change your display to the current playback full screen size, you can see the controls a little easier. Make sure that repeat and shuffle functions are turned off and the songs should play in order.
Play your music
When you play a song, you see the Miniplayer at the bottom of the screen. You can continue to browse other titles to find the next perfect song.
Also on the playing screen, you can rewind, pause, or quickly transfer a song, control the volume and more.
Shuffle or repeat your music
I synced my iPhone and I continue to have all these songs greyed out in my music library. It shows that they are in the library when I connect to my Mac but when I disconnect they are not on my phone, it also seems to double up, as a song is already on my phone, but it is greyed out as well.
Here is the screenshot of my problem. As you can see LPFJ2 is on the phone, but it is coming greyed out with other duplicates and the songs that I don't want on the phone that are grayed out.
If anyone has any suggestions, or knows how to fix this, I really appreciate it.
Hi, just wanted to know that I fixed my problem, so no need to reply to all.
I have two problems that are probably related.
1. in the opinion of 'Artist' of my iTunes library, I have an artists songs divided into three labels of the artist, all who say "Thumpmonks. I've rechecked for added spaces. These songs share the same artist, same artist album (which is the same as the artist) and the same name of the album. Yet once, I checked for spacing problems. I rewrote all the information for all of these songs, but they remain separated in the view 'artist '. The other points of view (Album, song, etc.) do not have this problem. the artist is not separated. It's very confusing and almost certainly a bug. I use the view of the artist, often listening to my library and would rather not have songs of an album in every sense. I should also mention that the albums are grouped correctly on my phone, so it's just a problem with my computer's library.
2. on my iPhone 5, this artist has three albums with done years listed, even if I deleted all the information of the year for this artist on all of his albums. Year for each album does not appear in my library, but it still appears on my phone (I don't want the dates on my phone). Again, I am confused.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes and its components correctly several times in order to get rid of these apparent bugs. I've seen no progress :/
Any help would be great!
iTunes version: 12.3.2
I have over 500 GB of music on my Mac, so I create a playlist for the songs I want to sync my iPhone. Yet when I look at my phone, there are many songs that are not in sync would be playlist. They cannot be read unless the phone is connected to my wifi at home, but I don't want them cluttering up my phone and makes it almost impossible to find the tracks I want to listen to.
I hate the new music app. For the first time since I converted to Apple 10 years ago, I wonder if I can be forced away because it's so horrible. Why ruin a great product with terrible software? Anyway, if anyone can help me to fix this serious bug, I would be very grateful.
If you go to the library of the screen and press the red text just below the icons of the album/playlist (where you select whether you want the screen to show the view of the artist/Album/songs downstairs there is a toggle to only show that downloaded music.) If you enable this, then only the songs that are actually ON your iPhone will be in BLACK characters. The rest of your music library to iCloud either won't display at all or be grey. Now - if you have a few streaming, you can see more songs, because the songs that are heard are cached in the memory of the iPhone box and supposedly deleted automatically when it fills up (but not user accessible unless you use some third-party programs).
What you can do - so they need WiFi or data cell-, it's make a playlist in iTunes that you want on your iPhone. Then (assuming that Apple music and iCloud music library are running on both), you can go to the playlist and press the small cloud/down arrow icon and download these tracks on your iPhone. Then, you can play these songs without access to wifi or cell phone.
My iphone6 will not change the songs Apple music in shuffle mode. Once selected the song again and again.
update your iphone to ios9.2
Settings > general > software update
I'm a music Apple and iTunes game iCloud user of the music library. Suffice it to say that aloud, it occurs to me that this stuff is a mess and may expect that this works correctly are just wishful thinking.
I use Apple's music since the day wherever she launched. Recently, as in the last two weeks, I noticed that some albums on my iPhone was missing songs. In any case, I think that the missing songs are the ones where I edited the title of the song and possibly other metadata in iTunes. It is difficult for me to check if ALL the Apple music songs where I edited the title are messed up now, but it goes back far enough, certainly before I began to experience songs that disappears.
To give you a concrete example, some time ago, I added the 2pac album "2pacalypse Now." In the Apple's music, this album lacks all the features of the song of songs, so I added back in. For a while things were fine, but recently the songs where I added the functionality for the title of the song disappeared from my iPhone. Now, all I see are five titles that do not have features and a link to "Show full Album" down.
I spoke with @applemusichelp on Twitter last night and they asked me to turn off music Apple and iCloud music library on my iPhone, reboot the phone, identify new in music Apple and reactivate iCloud music library. Did not work. Their recommendation then was, "Don't change the metadata for the Apple music titles in iTunes." To which my answer was: "so why iTunes allows you to edit metadata for pieces of Apple's music in the first place?"
Anyone else having this problem? Someone at - it a solution?
As I said in my recently published issue, the songs have not disappeared. They are still there, but they appear as "Unknown artist" and "Unknown Album" (you can search for them browse by 'Songs' rather than the 'artists' or 'Albums'). This is an extremely annoying bug that I wish that they difficulty - I loved the Apple music was the fact that I could edit the tags...
