  Try opening the iPhone before connecting to Windows. If the film is not empty, then the device should be listed in Windows Explorer. If it still does not show try to restart the computer and the device, and then try again. If it does not show more in iTunes then try iOS device is not showing in iTunes for Windows.

  All the notes disappeared on the Notes application on my iPhone (iPhone updated to the most recent iOs 6s). I logged in and they were gone. I then connected in the cloud on my desktop through chrome and found they were gone. No way to recover them? I did not open the apps for a few days, and they just suddenly disappeared. Also, is there a way to save them? I thought that was what the cloud was for.

  That is right. The requires iTunes 12.3.3 and in order to get it, you will need to update OS X to El Capitan. That's how Apple has created for better or worse, I'm sorry.

  CarbonCopyClone on an external drive in an external enclosure.  Upgrade than SL ElCapitan leaving the intact internal SL.  Start externally using the option key pressed at the start, do what you need with the iPhone, then stop and do what ever you need to again with SL disc.

  Cludgy, but it works.  I keep my SL still functional because there iDVD, but use updated OSXs for other purposes.

  If you have already searched your records and found no new messages, restart your BB by removing the battery, wait 30 seconds and replace.  BB will restart and the icon should disappear.

  Try a forced reboot - after open applications using the app Chooser - invoked by fast double pressing the home button and drag upwards on each app until it disappears from the screen.

  Meet the sleep/wake and home buttons down until you see the logo  - then release and allow normal start upward

  I understand that you are having problems with Safari crashing on you when you try to access, it forms the app and even from settings. We'll see what we can do to make it work again.

  The first thing I would try requires each app to close. Double rooms, press the Home button to display the recently used applications and drag on them. Once they are closed, try opening the application again to test.

  If this does not work, I would look to reset your iPhone settings. This will not delete the personal data, but it does not all settings to their initial default values. Once this is done, try opening the application again to see if it remains open.
