  I have access to my account hotmail via the Mail app on my iPhone 5s.

  My e-mails are updated manually and when I updated the mail app today, I can only show emails from June-July 2010.

  I've never had this problem before, and I checked that the software is up to date.

  I tried to change the number of emails that I can see, but this allows that show me emails from 2010.

  I also tried to update the application several times and I turned off my phone for a bit then just before updating the application again, but it didn't. whatever it is hanged.

  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

  Close out of the messaging application, tap twice on the "home" button and close completely out of it.

  Then do a reset, none taken from data loss on the home/sleep set button until you see the logo apple and then exit, then wait for the phone to start backup.  Check email.

  If you still experience the issue then remove and reinstall the e-mail account.

  If you still have questions then contact Hotmail.

  I have an iPhone 6, it's a refurb of the Apple Store in Sheffield (Meadowhall) that my previous had a software problem. I had about 9 months.

  I dropped a few months ago and cracked the screen slightly however I used it without a problem since, earlier I was selecting a photo to upload to Facebook on the app and my screen went black, I thought that the app crashed so I did a hard reset (button home + lock) and the phone does not seem to come back. The phone came back and the screen was completely responsive but not on.

  I took outside and noticed that in the light of the Sun, the screen was visible, it's also appears if you shine a torch top. I took it to a phone store to have the screen replaced, they tried 3 screens and none of them solved the problem. Anyone know what this could be?

  Drop the phone must have damaged some other pieces of hardware inside the phone.

  But, if the 'phone shop' was not approved by Apple for service phone, Apple or an Apple authorized Service provider won't do much either.

  In this case, you will have to hope that a 3rd party repair shop can find the problem.

  This just started today, my IPhone 6s seems not to want to connect to my wifi, or something blocking to receive or send data that is messages, open applications that use internet, but I can browse the internet, as there was no problem and I can still call people.   Please do the following and after each test to see if the problem is resolved - if yes, then you can omit the following steps - I tried to list them in ascending order of the effort at least on a Mac and / or an iDevice

  1. Check if the problem is related to a single device and if other devices connect normally-
  2. If the answer 1 is 'yes' - try to connect the device assigned to somewhere else if possible - coffee or the University
  3. Please see recommended settings of WiFi routers and Apple access points

  I just put my 6 s iPhone on MetroPCS a few days ago. Immediately, I noticed that my visual voicemail and VoLTE don't work, even if they did on my old iPhone 6. First I reset the network settings, no luck, so I reset the phone and set up as new, still no luck, well after further research, I'm not the only one who has this problem, it is a common problem with the 6s iPhone on the MetroPCS network, even if those features are listed as fully supported on the iPhone directly on the Apple Web site. It is a known problem, and my question is if apple is working with MetroPCS to get this problem solved somehow? I tried to contact MetroPCS on this problem, but their foreign technical support is terrible and really had no indication as to what I was talking about.

• 2013 Exchange / Outlook / Iphone problems

  Greetings.  I don't know where is the best place to post this, so I started here.

  I have a situation with a migration Exchange that some clients are unable to connect to it, and I can't find any reason for the failure.

  Details:

  Initially a Server 2008 / Exchange 2007 deployment, migrated to Server R2 2012 / 2013 of the Exchange.

  In and out basic mail flow works, as tested (SMTP) outside and internally with OWA.

  I started the test with the Ipad client, using the Protocol of Exchange and initially had some problems settings or permissions that I was

  able to solve so I could connect with my test device (first gen, IOS rev 5.1.1) and with another test device (2nd gen, IOS rev 7.x)

  as with exchange protocol with a Samsung Galaxy.  At this point, some of the features work, and others don't - even with

  all the parameters identical but for the user account.  I tried the trick with enabling journaling of the mobile device, but there is no connection

  connected to bad devices it appears, and some show not all the mobile device.  Some customers "just worked" after my changes, and

  others have worked after changing the domain in the configuration, and others have no joy at all.

  Next test passed to Outlook 2007 running on Windows XP.  Again, I had a few initial problems that seem to be linked to the

  SSL certificate, once I set up the CA for the domain and signed a cert for the exchange of use, these issues seem to clear up

  on _my_ customer.  Another user with the same configuration (XP + Outlook 2007) does not work.  If he clears his profile when he starts Outlook
