  I'm having the same problem. I noticed that my iPhone 7 became REALLY hot when I recover all my data to iCloud. I tried a restore, then even traded my iPhone for a new and the heat problem is still there. I think it's iOS or app related.

  Try this. Preset YouTube and tweeked with pre-defined CS5 iPhone settings.
