iPhone turns off randomly

Hello

I got an iPhone 5S for about a year and a half and, for the most part, it was a great phone for me. Yesterday, it turns off randomly every few hours. It already happened, and usually stops the next day. However, it was not the case this time. All day today, it would be random and often turned off and won't turn back on unless it is plugged or I hold all the buttons. In addition, the percentages of battery were in every sense. Sometimes, when turned back on, it will be 100% even it it has low battery symbol flash before the apple logo, as it is powered. About 10 minutes, however, he turned on and says that it is 5%. I'm sitting here watching and it has not extinguished since and has charged up to 11%. I use third-party chargers. I only used a up to the earlier today, when I remembered, I got another loader (which is also a third party). So I went to that one, but I don't think it makes a difference.

It's now about 2 hours. My phone was plugged in and 100% for most of the time. No problems. Then I disconnected and had it for about 2 minutes, works great until I put my case back on. He then turns off. I was able to turn it back on, but it then immediately off again. I plugged and I can't turn it on.

Any ideas as to what could be the problem? And more importantly, a solution?

Sorry this is so long and complicated. I will answer questions about my unusual situation if it helps solve the problem.

Thank you!

Such an external Notebook Cooler will not help you solve this problem. The internal cooling fan is designed and tested for this laptop and everything will work perfectly even on high usage. External cooling is not necessary.

It's old enough laptop model, so I imagine that a lot of dust blocking the cooling fan. Therefore, clean it with a jet of compressed air to blow the dust from the cooling fans. The exact procedure is described here:

Well, if Notepad starts turning off spontaneously then an overheating problem may be possible, I mean this isn't a common behavior of mobile and in my temperature only high opinion could cause something like that
In most cases the laptop automatically stops to prevent the equipment from damage

Maybe you should check if the cooling modules can work properly and if nothing prevents air circulation

I have a problem with vista. the computer just turns off randomly for no apparent reason.

No I turn it off when I'm done and then next turn when I need it, but it just stops different lenths of the time, different applications?

It may be a heat problem, the CPU would be shut down automatically as a security measure to prevent it from overheating. To avoid it to be then you need to open the computer and blow the dust out of it and make sure all the fans run correctly.

If this isn't the case, then it might be a virus.

  • Satellite A100 - PSAA5U SP2022 sometimes turns off randomly

    Hello

I have a toshiba Satellite A100-SP2022 PSAA5U-02G00G portable satellite and sometimes turns off the coast at random.
The battery and charger are OK.

I saw a bulletin saying a word on an update of the BIOS for A100 series for that matter.

The problem is: I can't find my model or my BIOS to the toshiba support site.

    Thank you

    Hello

I put t think that this could be linked to the BIOS
In my opinion the reason for this problem could be a high temperature.

You said that the laptop stops automatically?
Usually, this occurs if the temperature reaches a critical threshold and the laptop stops to prevent the equipment from damage

In most cases, the vents are clogged and air cannot circulate properly.

Therefore, it would be desirable to check and clean the ventilation openings with a professional air spray.
This could help them to get rid of dust and debris.

    Check it out

  • Equium A210-17I turn off randomly

    Hello

My laptop is a little more than two years now. Since just after Christmas there now randomly turned off itself several times. Basically the screen turns off, standby-led is orange regular and the hard drive light flashes very quickly. Even when it is plugged in, the cord and battery supply turns off lights. To re - start the computer, I have to turn the power off then remove the battery and it starts normally after that (usually propose a SafeMode as a startup option).

Sometimes the laptop was warm enough, but the last time he did not feel too (and comes to be browsing the internet). The first, some times even if I had just watched a DVD / was something the iplayer streaming and it was nice and warm. I ordered a cooling with built-in fans support where it is overheating, but it happened when on my knees too, so I'm really not block all of the fans.

I just thought that I would ask here in case the lights were any sort of way to identify the problem, or if anyone else had a similar problem. As I say it still works well most of the time and it only did about 5 or 6 times in the last month and a half, but I'm worried still cause problems and so would work it out!

    Any help much appreciated!

    Hello

If you have the replaced cooling fans, but have you also renewed the thermal grease? This should also be done sometimes and if your laptop is still 2 years old, it could be the problem of this stop randomly.
    Check this box!

Otherwise, I think that he associated material s and maybe the motherboard, CPU, or RAM is the cause but your laptop should be checked by a technician of the laptop.

  • HP Pavilion beats: HP pavillion beats screen turns off randomly

So, this Christmas I was very happy to get this laptop and it costs $600. Overall, this is a laptop in circulation, in the way that the graphics could be better and the sound quality of the speakers is not as good as I expected to be. Anyway, back to my question. I was using the laptop computer throughout the day, and so far, everything works normally. However, sometimes, randomly; without notice, the screen goes black and it's basically freezing. This happened only once while I was typing and once when I was watching a video. I have been active both times where it turns off and the battery died never imminent when it does. When the screen is frozen, I can't do anything with it; just turn it off. And to give you closure, I tried to turn on/off; the backlit keyboard no changes whatsoever and I also tried pressing the caps lock shift key to find a frequency; and, as only presumed, no led light, nothing. As I said, when these breaks occur, I am very active and the battery is charged. If it helps, I did not experience WHILE the laptop was in charge. It's a shame that this one portable grand has a simple flaw that could probably be easily resolved.

    Thanks for listening,

    Martine

You are a gift from heaven. Very useful information. Thank you so much.

Which brings me to my last question; It is mentioned in the document, restart manually the computer with the power button when the shutdowns occur due to overheating, cannot present the image on the screen, etc. I was wondering if manually restart the PC this manner likely to all damage or damage the PC to be slower in the future.

Thank you very much for your help!

  • MacBook pro screen turns off randomly?

My 15 inch Macbook Pro 13 (obtained in new end 14 h & B, started using it at the beginning of the 15) has a screen which turns off at random (dim backlight is - I can see a slight difference when I actually turn off the laptop), in addition to the programs (audio abruptly stops, etc.). The computer is still on 'on' (Hum, backlight on) and it will overheat after a bit. I have to hold the power to restart. Resolutions of potential problems?

    Other things-

    1. It happens in bursts, which happens once and if I do the reboot thing and continue to use it, it will probably happen again in about 10 minutes, and if I continue to do, at some point it will extinguish almost immediately after I connect (but never before!...)
    2. Looks like CPU-consuming tasks cause this happens more frequently: However, I've never had it happen once during a vidchat on Skype or Hangouts, so I don't know? iTunes, it is more likely to occur while
    3. Seems to happen more often on the recharge of battery/no lower, but has recently been happening sometimes at 100%/plugged in.
    4. It is probably the material - I 10.9 update (question began, then like 2 months ago) to 10.11 and issue continue to occur.
    5. I suspected the battery, so I went to the Apple Store and the initial diagnosis found nothing at the edge of any
    6. He has been doing worse and worse - more frequently and (as mentioned) to high battery %s. Now I can almost guarantee an ooccurrence once every 3-4 hours of use.
    7. No, turning and the new does not help.

  • TouchSmart PC 610 - 1130f turn off randomly

I have the HP TouchSmart all-in-one PC, 610 - 1130f and you had for about 2 years.

It's never happened before. I had a wonderful experience with my computer and I'm not going to lie. I freaked out.

    It is just off.

I have not touched a button. The power of my house did not go out. I did not stop there. There is no automatic restart.

He died as the power had gone off... but it didn't. Lamp and all the rest of the House worked very well.

I tried to restart and it is on the page of windows startup, and then turns off again.

Tried to turn on again and this time it is the pendant 5 minutes before the lights went out again.

I went online to search for answers and someone suggested a "hard reset." So, I did what this person is doing.

He walks again and was conducting for about 15 minutes.

Then went out again. I went to the HP support forums. And found the following:

    http://h30434.www3.HP.com/T5/TouchSmart-PC/TouchSmart-610-1115uk-randomly-shuts-off-without-warning/...

I suppose that, because my situation is similar to that person, that the problem is the AC Power Supply adapter charger and I should just replace.

However, it became MORE difficult to find product.

    My questions:

    (1) am I right that the problem is the AC Power Supply adapter charger? What should I replace it?

    (2) where Devil find a? I looked on the internet and found a fragmentary site.

Help? I mean, I love HP. Yes. Throw me a BONE here.

    Hello.
Yes, I was looking for just confirmed that food was the problem, then I wouldn't waste money buying a part that could not possibly be the problem. Fortunately, I think it was the problem and just need to be replaced.

    Thanks for your time anyway.

I'll share my questions here, just in case someone else comes on this post and wants a definitive answer, as I did...

    My problem
My computer randomly shuts down as if the power was out. I didn't stop on purpose, press a button, put it to sleep or whether he was performing the updates and needed to restart... it simply, turn off the power.  He stops a lot as the failure in a House, but all of my lights and other electronic devices in my room were. It was just my computer that stop.

I followed a lot of advice in the forums, and he did turn over a few times, but only for a few minutes before the power off and never come back.

I was afraid this would be the motherboard, but a friend told me it could be the power supply (the brick) and I saw THIS post and thought... There should be one... or at least I HOPED it is that... or I switch to Mac.

Never heard a response to my response to the related post, and I don't see not followed the guy in the post linked if it had worked for him.

    The Solution
I decided to go ahead and buy the piece of power supply for my computer which is the series of all-in-one HP TouchSmart 610-1130f. It was to be a 150W (hard to find but it is sold in the HP parts store).

    It's the party info: 609919-001 in stock Powersupply - Madeline-R 150W 19V EPS2.0 Shasta

Upon receipt of the part and plug it into my computer, it worked. It was there (currently using the computer fixed) 9 hours and it works very well. I'm STILL holding my breath and hoping that it does not turn off again. If so, I'll come back to the forum and let everyone know.

I hope that I won't be back again in 2 years for the purchase of a new part. Lucky it wasn't something worse as the motherboard... have a computer which only lasts 2 years?

anyway. Thought you should know a random person reading this. Good luck.

  • Speech recognition turns off randomly

My speech recognition Windows 7 randomly turns off. It happens sometimes after only a few minutes and other times it stays on for a while. Seems to happen faster when it is in mode ensures that when the microphone is open to dictation but happens eventually in any case. Already closed the power management which did not help but do not know what else to try. Would not be a big deal, but I am disabled and every time it turns off it is difficult for me to use the mouse to wake it up. It works fine for me when it stays on, but it's pretty useless when it goes off after 5 minutes. I know it is integrated in Windows 7 and cannot be uninstalled and reinstalled but I was wondering if there was a way to run a repair or anything else I could try? Thank you

    Hello RockBottom73,

I suggest you try Power different configuration to see if done setting a difference.
There is also a powercfg command-line utility that could help with some configuration settings that you can apply.

Go to the command prompt, right click and select "Run as Administrator" and then make some queries with the switches.

    I hope this helps.

  • U2913WM screen turn off randomly

So I got this monitor ultra wide nine of the store with 3 year warranty. I had these questions of the day 1. I came home to repair, but given that the problems occur at random I'm afraid that the retailer they come back to me it works normally after the test for 30 minutes.

    The questions are:

    1. the screen turns off (screen with backlight black still on) or it will freeze randomly. To resolve this issue, restart the controller using the power button, which in turn will not immediately respond, but will keep wait me for 6 to 10 seconds until the monitor turns off eventually. Monitor back to work normally after the restart until the next random freezing. Sometimes this happens when changing the resolution (for example launch a video game). This can happen as often as 5 - 10 times a day.

2 monitor sometimes not into mode 'sleep' when the computer is off, put to sleep, or not used for a long time. Instead, the screen will turn white with the backlight, as in the previous edition, and the solution is the same - screen reboot. If this isn't the case, it will remain frozen, even if the computer is turned on or awakened.

These produce both DP and DVI ports. My video card is Gigabyte GTX 670 2 GB. I don't have any of these problems with my previous screen using the same PC.

I would appreciate a response to a Dell employee. Can it be fixed with a firmware update? The update can be done at home? I'm more or less a power user. If this isn't the case, I can get the monitor serviced by an authorized dealer (in Sofia, Bulgaria) with a cover letter or notification by email from Dell. Because as I said there is a good chance I will be denied a replacement of a work apparently monitor. Warranty service is not a strong point here, unfortunately.

Can it be fixed with a firmware update?
    * Unknown. Try to test with DisplayPort 1.2 disabled on the OSD (On Screen Display)
    * Computer Gigabyte GTX 670 DP--> Dell DP to the CDM cable--> U2913WM CDM in
    * Support on the selection of input Source key
    * Put out Mini DisplayPort
    * Press and hold the green check mark for 8 seconds
    Disable the DisplayPort 1.2
    Out of the OSD

The update can be done at home?
    * No. Pour get a monitor with the latest firmware, you must launch Dell monitor Exchange.

If this isn't the case, I can get the monitor serviced by an authorized dealer (in Sofia, Bulgaria) with a cover letter or notification by email from Dell.
