  You must install the software/driver of Alcatel, so it connects to your phone to connect to the notebook otherwise if you can not get this to work it does not connect.

  I used to sync my photos to the folder 'Images' from my computer to my phone.  I now want it to stop because there are thousands of photos and they occupy too much space.  I unchecked the box for synchronize photos from my computer to my iPhone, told to remove the images and then sync my iPhone again.  The photos are still there and I don't have the option to delete them on my phone.  How can I get them out of my phone?

  Create an empty folder on your computer and delete the Photos. It doesn't really matter what you name, but this will make it easy to find. Connect the phone to the computer, start iTunes, select your phone under the devices icon, then click the photos tab. In the Photos of the copy from drop-down menu, select the empty picture called delete Photos. Click on apply in the lower right of iTunes and let the phone synchronization.

  See if that removes the photos.

  Normally, when you connect your device to the computer, you will have a few options on your device.  If you select USB drive and Autoplay folder will come up allowing your device as a mass storage device.  Select 'records open to view files. "  It will appear on your computer as one or two new hard drives.  In the BlackBerry folder, you will see several folders, perhaps even documents called.   If you open Windows Explorer in another window, you can then drag your documents from the PC on in documents on the device.

  BUT there is no command 'move' on my BB, so I can't move the photos from the memory of the device to the media card.  I can, however, move them individually. Needless to say, there are 100 pictures, which will have for ages.  Is there another method?

  Yes, this is what he means.  It is at the same time.

  Hello Forum, I'm new and I would appreciate greatly any help.  I'm doing a new pc, but my only current has tons of media (videos) and the pictures that I don't want to part with them, I was trying to find a way to do it, and I saw several differnet ones on You Tube, all very confusing.  Is there a simple way to do this? and do I have to buy an external hard drive? and if I assign to a large external hard drive?

  Most of the phones will appear as a "disk" on your computer, and you can browse the files on them by simply opening them.

  If you can do this, you should be able to copy / delete / move files between the phone and the computer.

  See the following steps:

  (a) create a folder (right click on the desktop, go again and click folder) on the desktop.

  (b) to install the latest version of the software or driver on the computer so that the smart phone.

  (c) connect the phone to the computer.

  (d) open the 'work' in the start menu. Your computer will automatically detect the cell phone. Double click the cell phone icon in the opened window.

  (e) right click on the music file or files that you want to place the phone.

  Note: To select multiple files, hold down the CTRL key while you click the files you want to transfer from the mobile phone.

  (f) select 'Copy' from the menu that appears when you right click on the highlighted files.
