  The database size = 16.77 GB

  I have my FRA

  Newspaper archives = 10.5 GB (approximately 2-3GBs daily)

  Backupset = 1.63 GB (500MB per day)

  Control file = 16.3 MB

  Copy of image DB 13.7 GB

  Journal online = 30MB

  I use the Oracle out of the box back up strategy

  I do not perform backups on tape (which RMAN knows)

  I expect at some point that Oracle will review files outside of my window of recovery to be recoverable, but I am struggling to figure out when.

  Now, if I put a window of recovery of 1 day (it's the current setting). It builds up to about 23 GB then it will start to have recoverable files. If I put a 2 day recovery window, it will consume all of 60GB and ends up falling. Why a 2 day recovery window is to consume as much space (more than double)?

  I know that everything is on the disk and maybe that's my problem. In my scenario when oracle would consider to be recoverable files?

  The only answer I have ever seen on this is when "Oracle feels the pressure of space", rather vague.

  Be careful when you use the window of recovery that you put it high enough to cover yourself.

  I have over 200 short videos that need:

  -Made in more than 200 separate files.

  -Some videos must be split into 2 or more separate videos, with the added titles.

  What is the best way to do it?

  -Drag the video in a new timeline with the mouse

  -Press on 'C' and cut the ends

  -Drag the title in the timeline with the mouse, click on option and move the title to the end

  -Sometimes, command-x a clip, creating a new timeline and command + v at the beginning of the clip.

  -Make the file

  Tiny efficiency I can find: save a mouse click, record a sequence of keys, can lead to hours of recorded time. Any way I can improve this workflow? Thank you very much.

  For repetitive tasks like these, I found a lot of success with Keyboard Maestro.  It easily allows you to create a macro that can process all the clips on the timeline, after you have registered on a single action.

  Use the up/down arrow keys to move the playhead to the beginning/end of a clip, and then use Shift + left/right arrows to set trim distance that then Q & W to cut. You can specify the walking distance front/rear step in the preferences (under playback) If you wish.

  To export, you can use the Ctrl key (or is it order?) + low shortcut to select the next clip, use "/" to mark the selection, command + M to open the export dialog box, then count the number of times where you have to hit tab to get, activate the button of "Tail" and press the SPACEBAR to press the button of the queue.

  Once you have a macro work, everything should finish in under a minute, even if you have hundreds of clips.

  The only thing to watch is to put a pretty decent in Keyboard Maestro between actions break as well as first has enough time to complete each action (usually about 300-400 milliseconds makes the case for me).

  This is one of the capabilities of Mac OS X that I have sorely missed under Windows.

  Edit: On the titles you mentioned, you can also get a macro goes for it - a few things need to be set in motion for this, but I can see how it can work:

  -If each element requires a unique title, you will of course have to create that manually.

  -To create your titles, set the duration to default image in the preferences for the duration you need of your titles to be.  Each title that you create will be the correct time.

  -Set preferences to set the focus on the timeline when you insert/overwrite changes.

  -In the creation of securities, their name so that they are sorted in the same order as the clips.

  Once you have prepared titles, you can use the up/down arrow keys to position the playhead in the timeline panel, use the Shift + 1 to switch to the project Panel, press down to select the next title then "." key to insert the title (cursor is placed to the timeline, because of the preference has changed and you can use the arrow down to move to the next item and have the macro repeat for you.)

  I run Vista Home Premium 32 bit and have a 500 GB HDD (C) and a secondary 2 to HDD (D).  My C drive is showing only 72GB of space.  When I look at the individual files used space is only about 150 GB.  I downloaded Treesize and he tells me that GB 205.2 is 'System Volume Information', which amounts to 27 files with names like {(72ddf03-7af3-89fg3-hg87e), as big as 26 GB investigations made me suspect the system restore.}  But I read that this should be limited to 15% of the disk space.  I enter the command "vssadmin list memory ghost" and confirmed "used Shadow Copy Storage: 203GB.  I downloaded cc cleaner, but it does not appear to be anywhere near this amount of space that you want to delete.  Is there a way to configure Windows so that it does not use this space. (I use the restore of the system occasionally, but at most, would only go back to a point a week ago.)  Can anyone help?

  It works maybe not properly for the sake of 1 million. Fix first, then see what happens. As a general rule if you need space there will be available.

• Google talk does not, any more than the graphics on web pages, but it works well in other browsers, what can I do to fix this?

  Utube vids play, but graphics (pictures) do not load on any web page, that I and my cat of google said it cannot connect to the internet but my internet works fine and google chrome works fine too. and google mail graphic buttons for email do not appear also.

  I found I have the ability to enable and disable certain features (Java, images, etc.) to help add on the toolbar of the image and we somehow got disabled so I have allowed and voila, FIXED. Add it on the toolbar can be found by view, and then click Add on the bar, if you do not see it on the bottom of your screen.

  I use the copy to the Clipboard method for a Table, for example copy 4 rows with 3 columns. When I paste in Excel I get 4 rows with 3 columns and an additional column, which is empty, then the actual size is 4 x 4.

  I've isolated the problem to an additional vi so that you can reproduce the error. Just let the vi run once and then paste the Clipboard to Microsoft Excel.

  There is a small post on the mount that acts as a rotation stop.  If that judgment is gone so the lens can continue to run beyond the point where alignment dots.

  with the dell recovery discs you would normally follow their instructions to reinstall vista

  put simply you never made a big enough partition

  Microsoft recommends for vista professional who was anyway too small 40gbs

  "HDD 40 GB at least 15 GB of available space (20 GB for the basic home edition"

  you have updates of programs etc to install

  and you say not the size of your hard drive, or how it is implemented

  Check the settings of your devices to the settings > Photos & camera > iCloud photo library > do you both value library optimized? If NOT, this is your answer.
