  I also faced the same question. Later I came to understand that is was due to the inconsistency of case name organization. In my case, I gave the name Org as "prod" instead of "Prod". Please check if the case is appropriate for all settings that are configured on the endpoint configuration page.

  I am trying to execute an asynchronous bpel process. the bpel process has 5 calls to OSB and takes about 100 seconds for completion. The OSB in the BPEL calls take 90 seconds to complete. At the end of the BPEL process, after completion, I get the following error:

  I have a PXI-1042 chassis with a PXI-8106RT controller running LabView RT 8.6.1.  The frame is filled with a number of NI PXI cards.  I wrote the software to control these with LabWindows/CVI 9.0.1.

  I installed a 75DS2 of cPCI North Atlantic Industries (http://www.naii.com/3U-cPCI-D-S-and-DLV/P222) but does not see the device in MAX.  I have installed the following to the PXI system (in c:/or-rt/system):

  These 3 driver files provided by North Atlantic Industries:

  75DS2.inf

  75DS2.ini

  na75DS2_RT.dll

  These 4 files are from my software installation NOR:

  cvi_lvrt.dll (9.0.1.375)

  ivi_support_c.dll (3.1.0.49152)

  ivi_support_f.dll (3.1.0.49152)

  IVI.dll (3.2.1.49152)

  When I turn on the system, the 75DS2 Board is not shown in MAX (version 4.7.1f8) under devices and Interfaces (like all other devices).  The location where he is just says "Unknown/empty.  I swapped the 75DS2 other slots, but the same thing happens.  I also used a second table of 75DS2, once again, it is not recognized in MAX.
