They say all "choose the Activate by phone option" but I was not getting the phone option on my computer for some reason any.

After calling the number, work your way through the automated system until you get a man! The guys at Microsoft that answered the phone was great and had activated me and up and running in minutes!

  1. How many times to change the region settings of the DVD drive on the computer?
  2. You are logged in Windows by using the administrator account?

  Check and make sure that you logged in to the administrator account and check if it helps.

  If you have changed the settings for region of the DVD player more than 5 times then you will not be able to change more.

The strange thing is that I can't find the option to license type within the domain group strategy, however, I suspect that this is the problem as when I go through the configuration in the RD Licensing Manager system indicates that the license server will be able to issue per user Cal.
