  Please answer these questions to get a better understanding of the issue.
  1 have changes made to your computer before this problem?
  2 shut down other applications while they are in use?
  3. do you get an error code?

  Hi - I can't print pdf files since I downloaded the demo of Adobe Pro XI. I use a Macbook Pro and before downloading this test, I was able to print PDF files without difficulty. Since downloading the trial, my printer print other types of files (Word, excel, etc.), but not everything what has to do with Adobe. Help, please!

  Hello world! My name is HP slate 7 HD 3403ea. I'm having some trouble reading PDF files. That day, after that I bought my tab, I transferred about 25 PDF files from my handset to this tab. I could open all the files then. But a few hours later, when I tried again I could open only a few files, about 8 of them. I couldn't open the rest of the files. They showed "cannot open the file because it is not a valid PDF document.". Let me say clearly that all files that cannot be opened in my HP tab, can easily be opened by any other official bulletins, for example: my HTC handset or my HP laptop. I tried different things. I uninstalled the antivirus thinking that may be the cause of the problem, I tried various recognized appstore PDF readers, but none worked. Only 8 or 9 files can be opened now. I deleted all files "disabled" what we call, then donated to them. But it's the same thing. Each file can be opened immediately after the transfer, but none could be opened after a few hours. Help, please. Thank you.

  Welcome to the HP Forums!

  I understand that you are having problems to open PDF files on your Tablet HP Slate 7 HD.

  Try to clear the cache on the tablet. You can do this by going to settings > storage > cached data. This should prompt allows you to clear the cache on the tablet.

  I also suggest to try the App PerfectViewer. To read PDF files, you will also need the PerfectViewer PDF plugin. These two are easy to find in the Google game store by searching PerfectViewer.

  Let me know if it works.

  My gMusic application worked fine, but now it doesn't work at all. Never. Does anyone else have this problem? I want to X 2 (which I LOVE) and Google game works fine on my phone, but the gMusic app will not work on the desire. He is used to, maybe up to a month or two ago. There is not a single song in my library that will play. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the application... no luck. I thought that maybe my files were corrupt, but as I said, it works very well on my phone, so I don't know what the deal is.

  I can't say for sure, but it could be a problem with the application itself however, I'd suggest a refresh on the system running if you don't have it already. Then reinstall the application.

  Refresh your PC without affecting your files

  If your PC does not perform as in the past, and you don't know why, you can refresh your PC without delete all of your personal files or change your settings.

  Try resetting all the tools

  To reset a tool, you must first have the selected tool. Then Ctrl-click (Windows users: right click) the button tool preset in the Tool Options bar.

  playback is bugs audio cuts out for no reason, it may or may not start charge ram reading where it was started or anywhere in between also... also problems with AE 'read' the files when the time comes to render. He had no problem while working with them, but when it comes to accidents rendering and error message indicates that it cannot read the file... it's not real complicated, either this is a quicktime animation HD codec. I liked the 2014 AE version, better it is more solid. !

  Are you able to play Pogo games with no Add-ons in IE?  Click on start ORB / all PROGRAMS / System Tools / Internet Explorer - no add-on.    Are you able to play Pogo games then?  Are you able to load Java then and that made Java allow the game to play.

  If the steps above helped you, one of the Add-ons that was ongoing is damaged.  You want to add components back one at a time and try to play the POGO game between each add rear Add-ons until the corrupt addon is identified.

  To do this in IE click Tools / Manage Add-ons / you should find on the left side of the window of 4 or 5 categories of modules.  Click on each category and section of the middle right click window an addon at a time, and then select enable you should be able to do this when right-clicking on the add-on status field.

  Please let us know if this helps you to solve this problem, or if assistance is needed.

• AE:CC, anyone else having problems with synchronization workspace?

  Recently changed my workspace and saved. But when I close the AE:CC recently, I added the workspace is finished. I have re-arranged the space job once again and saved then tried to sync, but unforunately the option sync is grayed out, so when I closed AE and re-opened, of course my work space reduced to standard.

  I'm on Windows 7 Pro x 64, AE CS6 saves my workspace very well. Also, I am constantly having to relog in when I close and open AE:CC

  You try to use the sync settings feature to upload and download work spaces? If so, note that workspaces are not among the things that are transferred by sync for After Effects settings.

  Please try to disable the use of graphics in Lightroom in Edit > preferences > Performance > uncheck "use graphics processor.
