  I saw that too. For now, the workaround is that if you select 'Edit watermark,' when you are done editing be sure to reselect the same watermark. If you do not, the watermark menu will be empty.

  I use Norton 360 and Add-ons are compatible with Firefox 8.0. Given that v 8.0.1 was not a major update, it shouldn't be a problem. Please note that the new version 8.0 of Firefox disable add-ons, then you will need to return to the page Add-ons and just Activate the Add-ons.

  I put t know which files you downloaded, but you can choose an application installed that can open these files.

  Right click the file and I have to then choose open with.
  Then, you could choose the program you want to use.

  Hey @Joshua3, welcome to the Forums of HP! The only reset I know of this printer is complete when the printer is in an error state. If you want to perform this reset, you can use the instructions below in the user manual:

  Reset the printer.

  1. turn off the printer.

  2. unplug the power cord.

  3. wait a minute and then reconnect the power cord.

  4. turn on the printer

  May I ask why you need reset instructions. You may be looking to reset the network?

  To restore the default settings network settings

  ● Press the wireless button and the Cancel button in the control panel of the printer at the same time and then hold down for three seconds.
