I'm the only user on my computer. Is it normal to have only 1 account (Administrator)?

It is safer run daily tasks as a 'normal' user, but there are many users (including me) who perform administrator accounts every day.
As long as you have a malware (current definitions and work) application and are behind a router (or have a firewall) the risk is not huge.
Personally, I wouldn't create another user (and all of their luggage) just to run a regular user.

Have you tried signing off iCloud desktop and then signing again? If you check on the phone, does show the plan 50 GB? Are you sure that the two devices are signed on the same iCloud account?
Accounts iCloud duplicate not appearing in the Contacts on my Mac and I only have an iCloud account. That's why I duplicate contacts. I went though the routine was suggested to merge duplicates, but it never finds any merger of duplicates. Hello. I've worked for a company and access enterprise server needed to receive e-mails from company on my Curve 9330. When I need is more capability, I called my provider, Sprint and cancelled my plan Enterprise Server and was able to set up a personal email account. I need to recharge the phone to the default values and now when I go in the installation program to configure a personal e-mail account I only get the option. When I select the email icon I automatically join in a sign 'no active account' and wonder of my enterprice account activity by providing an email and a password. I don't have these and my personal e-mail id and password do not work. I looked through the forums and follow the suggestion which has not solved the problem. I also called Sprint and confirmed I have more company on my account/plan, in addition to checking with my local cable/internet provider that they do not cause the issue. I rebooted the device 3 times today and have not made any progress. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

With a strong carrier network (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

Enable the built-in Administrator account log in, make your changes to user accounts, search for malware to be proactive.
First try a system restore to when things worked. If this fixes things, very well. If this is not the case, try to start in Safe Mode, because the normally disabled built-in Administrator account can be activated if no other administrative user is available on the system. This, by repeatedly pressing the F8 key as the computer starts. That you will get to the diagnostic menu where you can use your arrow key to select Mode without failure. This menu of diagnosis is the same one where you can choose Safe Mode. If this isn't the case, you can do a repair file Vista bootable DVD in this link:
Note: All the Neosmart recovery disk downloads are torrent files. There is a good explanation of the torrent on the site Web of Neosmart files. You will need a torrent asmuTorrent client to get the files. Torrent client will download the .iso file with which to create the bootable DVD. You will need the third burning like Nero, Roxio or freeImgBurn software to burn the image .iso image file, not in the form of data.
After net user, remove the bootable CD and restart the computer. You will now see an icon for administrator on the Welcome screen. Connect to this account. After getting things sorted, disable the administrator built-in yet for security reasons * after * creation of a user and administrative per the recommendations below.
Start Orb > Search box > type: cmd
When cmd appears in the above results, right-click and choose "Run as Administrator" [OK]. Now, you will get the command prompt. At the command prompt, type:
NET user administrator / active: No. [Enter]
Exit the command prompt.
General recommendations for creating users in Vista:
You absolutely don't want to have only one user account. As XP and all the other modern operating systems, Vista is a multi-user system with integrated system of accounts as default Administrator and comments. These accounts should be left alone because they are part of the structure of the operating system.
In particular, you do not want one account user with administrative privileges on Vista because the administrator account integrated (normally only used in emergencies) is disabled by default. If you use as an administrator for your daily work, and this account is corrupt, things will be difficult. I want to delete that won't give me the option to delete all it will let me do is change the password, it says it will allow me to change the picture, but when I try blank on the login screen is displayed. I have install windows 8 on my laptop and my wife and two children added that users. The children were standard windows accounts instead of Microsoft code. Later, I decided to go ahead and give their child Microsoft ID and converted their Win 8 users to use these accounts. Family fishing now online shows that children appears twice, once for their Win 8 users and once for their event of Microsoft user ID if the laptop only shows one. I started to have two reports as well as with all the laptop computer acitiviy reported on user input Win 8 instead of the Microsoft ID. I recently had a Surface RT and added everyone using their ID Microsoft now report Microsoft ID show activity for the Surface and 8 win to the lap top.

What plan you choose is up to you. I don't know why you need a new address in the first place - but it's up to you (there is nothing wrong with hotmail, but I assume that because it is free, it doesn't "look like" also good one from a different and private source).
