I got this error 16 experience on my Macbook. The permissions for the Application Support folder have been changed.
A simple fix Terminal can take care of that.
Open Terminal (you can just tap Terminal in Spotlight to find it).
Copy and paste this command in Terminal: sudo chmod-r 777 library/Application\ Support / Adobe
Press enter, give your password if requested, and then try again. You may need to restart your Mac.

Is it possible to get the response from the API, if content is already published or not?
Is there a way to get the answer from adobe as the status of the content (article, banner) / collection if it exists, or not, published successfully created or not? We have checked the code and found that in each application that they call to function _request() inside user.php, where they call to printCurlData() and his print on demand url, request data and all. I got a phone call from "Adobe", saying that they could reduce the subscription of my company of ~ £53 per month to ~ £38 per month and per user because they had complaints about the cost. However, he could not just reduce my subscription, he needed me to create a new account or move to a different email address administrator rights.
I was obviously suspicious so I cut at the beginning of the call and asked an email instead.
Has anyone else had this experience? Sorry if this was already brought to the top.

I uninstalled Adobe Flash and then tried to download. I get a message from Adobe saying 'Failed to initialize' is there a setting on Mozilla, I need to change to allow the plug in?

How do you get support from Adobe?
I can't support or answers from Adobe. Chat: they said that they could not answer my question, I had to call the support phone number. I did it. They asked my phone number and said they'd call back in 30 to 40 minutes. They recalled in 5 minutes. I then put on hold for a little over an hour. And then they hung up on me.
I had very few problems with Adobe in the past 10 years. Always quick and gentle assistance. Now, nothing.
How do we get help? Or are we just out of luck - too big, don't care?
Here's my problem: I am a member creative cloud. I downloaded Flash CS6 on my main computer and my laptop. I rarely used the laptop, but had to start using it. While I was working with Flash on the laptop, I noticed that the Brush tool have not all the options on the toolbar. No size, pen tool, nothing. I restarted the program. Still nothing. So, I reset the program by pressing cmd + option + shift I restarted the program. The right message is come to ask if I wanted to reset, I clicked Yes. Still does not resolve the issue.
In view of this program has been downloaded and knowing that problems can occur if the line "belches" during a large download, I thought that I would just uninstall Flash completely and they go back and download again. No, the button to download said that it has been downloaded.
Now what? Adobe seems cannot help. Any ideas?
