  If you have a known problem with the virus then I suggest to get an antivirus program that you can boot from and run it without starting Windows.

  Another option would be to format your drive and do a clean install of Windows (this would remove all the data of your drive).  If you have a backup of your data, this is the best course of action.  If you do not have a backup, you can then do a parallel install (This installs XP in a different folder if you don't lose any data).   You can recode and a confirm in the loop to determine if you want to resize the work plan current in the iteration of the loop, if no installation then jump her, if yes then prompt for sizes and move forward. Then you can resize regardless of those that you wish as such, some and not others. You can even distinguish with each confirm and ask what work targeted plan by displaying its name. I tested this approach and it seems to work ok, but not super stylish, of course, because if you have tons of work plans, it would be a large number of guests/entry. You could lesson prompts by combining the width/height in a single guest. But then again, even at this time sound just as effective to resize each manually via the window of work plans, probably the same amount of work/time user input processing and the targeting of individual work plans. You could perhaps also create script window for multiple entry for plans of work desired, may be based on the selected and build your dialogue window accordingly, I suppose that, at this time, it would provide a more effective approach for this kind of thing that you seem to be describing.

  But that all said that we would be well beyond the original request that CarlosCanto already so generously filled. He might have some comments on your comments.

  Method 1: Try the SFC (System File Checker) scan on the computer.

  To run the System File Checker tool, follow these steps:

  a. click Startand type cmd in the box start the search.

  b. right click on cmd in the list programs, and then click run as administrator.

  c. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click on continue

  d. at the command prompts, the following line and press ENTER:

  Of course - you send messages to a Microsoft support forum and one could assume that you mean that you try to download Microsoft Security Essentials, save it to your computer and install it then - but even with this hypothesis - another that knowing you have Windows XP (probably Home edition, but possibly professional or Media Center editions - and probably more than 32-bit not 64 - bit)-we do not like you think we should knowledge.

  Regarding AntiVirus - free are very good: Avira, AVG, Avast

  You could spend ~ 60USD during two years of eSET NOD32 AntiVirus (not more - just AntiVirus.)

  Get one - save on your computer (do not install immediately.)

  Reset...

  After a reboot - install your new product and update after the installation.

  Run a full scan with it.

  Then - just to make sure you started on the right foot...

  Search for malware:

  Download, install, execute, update and perform analyses complete system with the two following applications:

  • MalwareBytes (FREE)
  • SuperAntiSpyware (FREE)

  Remove anything they find. Reboot when necessary. (You can uninstall one or both when finished.)

  Search online with eSet Online Scanner. Remove everything it finds.

  Reset.

  It is possible to Windows Defender and if that AVG has a Malware/spyware scanner, it can cause conflicts as it is recommended to have only a spy software put real-time protection. It is allowed to have several installed, it has simply not recommended to have the two together at the real time protection. It really depends what the following shows us.

  Have you tried to reinstall AVG?

  Also, I connect the pc directly with cable and still the same speed.

  I'm going to assume that you plan to have wireless devices.

  Let's say that the Capsule is your "main" router  If this is the case, then it must be located in the House, so that the distance between the time Capsule is the same for the outside walls of the House.

  Then, on the 'left' side of the House, looking for an airport to midway between the Capsule and time of the outer wall of the House. Do the same thing the 'right' side of the House.

  In other words, each of the two airports that "extend" the wireless signal are located at equal distance from the Capsule of time... but they are in opposite ends of the House.

  If you intend to interconnect all the airports and Time Capsule using a permanent, Ethernet wired... which by far is the 'best' way to put in place a network in terms of performance and reliability... then you can locate one of the devices anywhere you want.

  Here are some steps that you can follow and check if they help you in fixing the issue:

  Make sure that the headset is set as audio device by default.
  
  To do this, follow these steps:
  
  1. click the Start button, select Control Panel, click hardware and soundand then click sound.
  2. click on the read tab.
  3. select headphones and then click set as default.
  4. on the playback tab, select the playback device, click set upand make sure that the configurations are set correctly.
  5. click OK to save your settings.
