Hi ayrtont99139624,

Yes, you can create interactive PDF forms using Acrobat or InDesign that can be downloaded on the Web site in order to collect information from users.

See the help link - below

    Muse is a design software. It does not provide you server for hosting your site. However, BusinessCatalyst not. So if you publish your site on BusinessCatalyst, you can allow upload of a file interface via Web Forms or Web applications. For some reason, I cannot print a document pdf/file from a web site, Bank and supplier credit, card. When you try to open the document to print in Adobe reader and when you click on 'Open' a new window opens in Microsoft Picture Manager!  As if it was a photo...  I tried all kinds of help consultant at HP, nothing helps.

  • How d code a PDF form to merge/add a second PDF form at the end of the existing with a button or a link that a user can click?

    I have a few forms developed for different types of application. There is a form of basic that must be met and on 4 or 5 others that can be added to him according to what all needs to be asked. I would like to have a button or a link at the bottom of the base form that a user can click on to right after it.

    You must add the other PDF pages and use these pages as templates.

    My only intention is to create a model/site based URM where we can provide functionality to scan for users. We want a distributed feature where users can scan the images remotely and commit to the WCC:Records / URM.

    Is it possible to be done through Oracle distributed Document capture (ODDC) and if it is possible how to connect ODDC with the client browser. Please suggest

    Ok. So, the answer is certainly: Yes, it is possible.

    The part of analysis, this is exactly what ODDC is good for. Unless you have the license already, however, you may have to go with the product to Capture Oracle WebCenter (large companies), which provides the necessary also.

    Regarding the validation and storage, ODDC/ODC/WebCenter Capture can commit images scanned at several depots, including University Complutense of MADRID (URM can be considered a Complutense University of MADRID with a specific purpose / several modules or components under voltage and configured). So, technically, he has no problem.

    When I have little doubt, however, is the meaning of the scenario - declaring an item as a record is an important event in the life cycle of the document - a record is often (or always) cannot be changed to ensure the integrity and non-repudiation of information. In this perspective, a direct validation of a recording of a scanning system (where errors such as bad scans, lack of pages, etc can be expected, particularly if the scanning is performed by the end user in a distributed fashion - so, not very experienced) seems a little dangerous.

    Hi kimberlys49504344,

    It is an XFA file that is not detected by the PDF viewers in the web browser.

    Please right click on this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM1344E.pdf & select ' Save As... ', now, to save the PDF file to your desktop & open with Adobe Reader.

    I'm sure that it will work as it worked on my end.

  • I want to open a PDF file from a web site on my iPad, but it opens in iTunes

    I want to open a PDF file of a web site on my iPad, but it opens in itunes

    Hello

    When you click a link to a PDF on a web page, Apple integrated PDF Viewer displays the PDF document in Safari.  However, there is no other choice 'Open in Adobe Reader' when you press the share icon on the right side of the top toolbar of Safari.

    1. tap on the PDF document to display another bar below the top tool bar.

    2. tap on 'Open in Adobe Reader' (if indicated) or ' Open in...» ».

    3. Select "Copy of Adobe Acrobat" in the menu that appears.

    You can also check out the link to open the PDF from different sources.

  • Is it possible to access a pdf form basic html web service?

    I was wondering if it is possible to send a request of livecycle web service and parse the returned data.

    A small example of what I think is querying a database like wolfram alpha by using their html query.

    It is in the format http://api.wolframalpha.com/v2/query?input=pi & appid = XXXX. where "pi" is the query and the XXXX is the specific user id

    The website will return an xml file.

    Anyway is to send this html with any query from a text field and the response process?

    Thank you!

    Hello

    Naseko is just using the formcalc get function and I use it to access the information to google calendar, you can also call the function get formcalc from JavaScript as described here http://blogs.adobe.com/formfeed/2009/02/calling_formcalc_functions_fro.html.

    The main problem I have is with the yellow bar message and popup message saying you want to allow access to api.wolframalpha.com (or other).  I think you can get around this by certifing the form, but I don't have access to the servre products to do so.

    Anyway, if it helps to take a look at https://workspaces.acrobat.com/?d=vFcW-9OVSm * BdV6GyFfUIg you need to change the code for the button click to specify your own appid, but the code is simple enough;

    var response = FormCalc.Function.Get ("http://api.wolframalpha.com/v2/query?appid=> & entry = capital % 20% 20australia");

    response = response.replace (/ ^<\?xml\s+version\s*=\s*(["'])[^\1]+\1[^?]*\?>/, "");

    var responseNode = xfa.datasets.createNode ("dataGroup", "response");

    responseNode.loadXML (response, false, false);

    var response = responseNode.resolveNode ("queryresult.pod. (title). Value == 'Result') ") .subpod." PlainText.Value;

    Console.println (Answer);

    If this code sends a request to 'the Australia capital' and gets an answer 'Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia'

    Replace > with your appid and relating to the sample related to the workings of FormCalc.Function.Get.

    Also, expect Designer to plant a few times all operate.

    Hope this helps,

    Bruce

    If you do not have a PDF Reader installed, you must install a PDF reader to open and view PDF files.

    Are two of the most popular to install Acrobat Reader or Foxit Reader - so you will be able to view the PDF files.

    Both are free:

    http://get.Adobe.com/reader

    http://www.foxitsoftware.com/PDF/reader

    If you do not have a PDF Reader installed:

    Default program to open files of Type with the value

    1 right-click the PDF in Windows Explorer, select "open with...". »

    2. click on the program that you want (if not in the menu, you will need to search for it).

    3. make sure the "always use the selected program" is checked on the bottom of the window.

    4. click on OK.

    This type of file should always be opened in this program.

    Or, you can follow the guides on the page linked below.

    Change the programs that Windows uses by default:

  • Cannot open PDF files on Web sites, or when it is attached to the email!

    Hello
    My computer is running Vista and I had this problem for the last 2 years! I can only receive the PDF sent by one of the companies I work for. I can't open most PDF files sent by attachment or all the files on Web sites. I have Adobe 9 and Foxit Reader and it does not work with either. I tried to re - install Adobe and still no luck. With Foxit Reader that I can manage to open the PDF files sent from the company I mentioned earlier, but that's all. I would really appreciate some help... Thank you very much! :) x

    Try this: uninstall all the software that you have to display the PDF documents. Then try to open a PDF file. You should receive a message that "Windows cannot open this file". If you get the message that the file is "corrupt" or "not supported" means that you have another program or display of PDF files.
    Once you receive a message that "Windows cannot open this file" download and install the latest version of Adobe Reader (9.3).

  • Cannot open a pdf form on a Web site on Win 8.1

    I downloaded and installed Acrobat Reader DC, but I still can't open a pdf form to fill out a Web site, always says that I need to download the latest version. I also rebooted twice but the problem persists.

    You will need to get another browser. Plug-in Adobe Reader is not supported in Chrome at the moment.
