  Assuming you have a 1st Gen Airport Express, the device must be set up and configured to work with time Capsule. The AirPort Express doesn't quite work simply by plugging.

  Unfortunately, your new Time Capsule is not an iTunes server. This is, in itself, it can not stream audio files stored on the internal hard drive to an AirPort Express or Apple TV point. You will still need to use iTunes on your MBP to do. You would just point to the media library on your Time Capsule in the case of iTunes. (Note: However, if your iTunes library is stored on the Time Capsule as a Time Machine backup, this no longer works.) "It will take a stand-alone copy of the one that was on your MacBook.)

  Actually, no. Connect a non-AirPrint printer to the USB port on the base station will NOT make it capable AirPrint. In order to print from a device iOS on this printer, you need to a third party (such as the Printopia) application running on a Mac.

  Perhaps you weren't aware that audio port on the AirPort Express audio book Terminal analog or digital, according to the type of connector used. See this link on the AirPort Express specifications to confirm... http://www.Apple.com/Airport-Express/specs/

  In other words, for the Express deliver audio analog, connect a standard stereo mini plug with connectors appropriate to the other end.  To ensure that the Express deliver audio digital, plug a mini Toslink cable to the audio port on Terminal AirPort Express.  An example is in this link...   I have a firmware running extreme Airport 7.6.7. 6.3.6 and one Airport utility Terminal Airport Express (model A1392). I have access to my system on a Macbook pro. Also have the app on my iPhone.

After that, the Airport extreme restarted. After the reboot, my Express was no longer recognized by my network. The Express has a light orange and blinks repeatedly. I can't connect to the express to address the issue of amber light.

  I have read many posts on the forum. However, I still have to find a solution. How to connect the airport utility to the Airport express?

  You have changed the password for WiFi on AirPort Extreme... but... the AirPort Express Terminal was previously programmed to connect by using your password in the "old".  The Express is lost, unable to find the network at all and doesn't know what to do.

  You can help the AirPort Express by doing a hard reset on the AirPort Express to clear the old network settings and passwords, and then configure the Express again to connect to your network 'nine' with the 'new' password.

  You can probably turn off wifi if you prefer to use the airport; and there is nothing prevents to connect airport entrance to one of Verizon output using its wifi and ethernet ports. As long as it is reasonably recent, it should detect that it is connected to a router and configure properly.
